I see Arthur, and know I must kill him; it is my destiny and cannot be avoided. He senses my presence, and turns, sword out.

I stab him, and watch as he falls to the ground.

"You gave me no choice." I have killed a friend. A friend. But all is not over. Arthur rises, and stabs me, once, twice, three times. I feel my life ebbing away, so I smile. I smile for those I have loved, and for Arthur, wanting him to know that killing me was a kindness. I am not a pawn anymore.
