Bangtan members are the only original characters in this book. Rest are all fictional and created for the purpose of the story. I use similar names in all my fics to maintain stability and it's easy for me to follow.

The weather was so pleasant, not too warm or cold, slightly windy with a clear sky. Just the way he liked it. The air was crisp, fresh, and smelled homie. Does Seoul smell the same?

Busan, I'll miss you so much.

"Jungkook-ah, don't forget to call Seokjin once you get there," his mother reminded him for the umpteenth time as he loaded his luggage into his brother's car.

"Sure, mom." He closed the trunk of the car and turned to hug her, sighing into her warm embrace. "I'll miss you so much."

"I'll miss you too." She kissed his cheek. "Now get going before you are late for your train," she urged him, patting his arm. "Call me or Junghyun if you need anything." She kissed his cheek one last time before gently pushing him toward the car.

"I will."

Soon he was inside the car, waving at his mother with a heavy heart and staring at his home growing distant through the rearview mirror. Jungkook had never left Busan. It was his first time in Seoul and he was nervous.

He had never lived alone, let alone be housemates with anyone. But now he had to get used to it. Jungkook was terrified. But he wasn't going to let his fears ruin one of the best opportunities.

He had always been ambitious and worked hard for it. His family wasn't even surprised when he landed an internship at one of the up-and-coming indie game developing companies in Seoul immediately after graduation. This fall internship was everything he needed to get started and much more.

As a child, Jungkook was interested in video games just like any other child in his age group. However, as he grew up, he began to wonder what went on behind the scenes. While everyone admired the map in The Legend of Zelda, Jungkook found the open-source map editor to tinker with. He began drawing character sketches and naming them. He created universes and gave a background story to each of his characters.
