It's been days and Yeonjun couldn't get the new girl's pretty face away from his mind. Her fair skin, those mesmerizing pair of eyes, her natural rosy cheeks, and those thin glossy pink lips.
“Dude why are you even asking me? She lives in your neighborhood. You should know!” Soobin yells. Yeonjun kept asking him and Beomgyu was no better either. “What about their house?”
“We are always together. If I know, you guys should probably know too."
Beomgyu suddenly gets up. Throwing his bag into his shoulder. “Let's go. It's time to have a full tour in your neighborhood.”
Yeonjun widens his eyes in approval, copying Beomgyu. “Great idea.”
“Should I be worried? You guys could turn into creepy stalkers.”
The two aggressively turn their heads on Soobin. “Soobin. We know you like cute boys and we support you with all of our heart so please support us too with these pretty girls.” Yeonjun excessively pouts and Soobin made a disgusted face.
Yeonjun loves to hang out with his friends but here's the thing, he realizes, in his neighborhood, he only brings them either into his house or into that convenience store. He also comes to the realization that the last time he strolls around in his neighborhood was when he was still a kid. It's suddenly not familiar. So they only had one choice for now.
The convenience store.
When they entered the very familiar store, their 4th home , they were expecting to see the other cashier boy they have been tired of but instead, standing there is a pretty and tall girl with a foreign face.
The three dumbly pauses and stares when the girl smiles with her eyes and bows.
“Hello. Welcome to the store. How could I help you?”
Are all pretty girls this friendly and welcoming?
“This is new.” Beomgyu whispered. Confused.
“I can hear you and yes. I'm new here.”
The three looked at each other and nodded before walking slowly towards the cashier.
Why?
They don't know.
But the pretty girl just smiles. “I just got the job and…” She looked down and the three followed but immediately looked away when she held her name tag that's on her chest. “I'm Lea.”
Wait.
Her face. Those eyes. It's very familiar.
Yeonjun suddenly hits Beomgyu and whispers. “Do you think she's one of the 3 new pretty girls?”
Beomgyu's eyes widened and nodded. “No doubt. She's very pretty too.”
“Nice to meet you, Lea. We usually hang out here after our classes so you'll be seeing us every weekday if you're going to always work on this time.” Ahh. Soobin, always reliable. “I'm Soobin, this Yeonjun and Beomgyu… and we should probably get food now.”
“Oh. No worries. Should I help you?” The pretty girl, Lea , was about to move but the other two immediately shake their head.
