DRAY AND ANTOINETTE SIT IN THE COMPUTER LAB TOGETHER WHILE DRAY SEARCHES THROUGH SOME NEWS ARCHIVES.

[Antoinette]

So, what are you looking for exactly?

[Dray]

I don't know if I'm being honest. Something to do with monsters. Any sightings or reports.

[Antoinette]

Monsters?

[Dray]

Don't you remember when all those monsters attacked the city? I summoned the Beliathan to fight that monster in the river. Is any of this ringing a bell?

[Antoinette]

Wait, you can summon that thing and you call it the Beliathan?

[Dray]

It needs some work but I was under a lot of pressure. Anyway, it still stands that, I never really got all the head honchos that were behind that. I'm not sure if they're back or what but a monster was chasing a girl down the street and he was with a whole gang of other monsters. They could be some splinter group sent out to do whatever they're trying to do.

[Antoinette]

So, this monster was trying to capture a girl but what for?

[Dray]

Don't know but the real kicker is that the girl was wearing To̅mi's cardigan. She also said it sniffed her beforehand.

[Antoinette]

Creepy. So, this monster was looking for To̅mi?

[Dray]

I have to assume so. I also have to assume that maybe they've targeted other people as well. If that's the case, then I'll be able to get a beat on them, track them down somehow.

[Antoinette]

What about To̅mi?

[Dray]

That's the tricky part. How do I let her know without letting her know? Hey, you can help me with that right?

[Antoinette]

What do you mean?

[Dray]

You can hang out with To̅mi for a little while today and tell her, in a roundabout way, what I told you.

[Antoinette]

But I haven't seen her at all. I don't even think she would answer her phone.

[Dray]

Could you try? I know she isn't sick. I went by her house and did what you said. She said that she's having some personal issues and she needed some space.

[Antoinette]

Alright, I'll see what I can do.

[Dray]
