Chapter 16

NEXT DAY

I woke up to my room completely empty. I looked at the time and it was 8:27. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom. There was a note sitting in the counter.

Hey Meggan, I went down with the boys to eat breakfast. Come down if you want.

Since I was in sweat pants and a shirt, I just slipped some shoes on, grabbed my phone, and headed down to where they were.

"Good morning cupcake!! How'd Ya sleep?" My dad asked as I passed the front desk where he was.

I went over to him and hugged him. "Hi daddy. Good. How'd you sleep?" I asked as he kissed the top of my head. "That's good. And same as always." I smiled at him. "Have you seen Cameron and them?" I asked. "Yes I did. They went to the kitchen." "Okay. I'm gonna go catch up with them. Love you." "Love you too sweetie. Be careful." I nodded my head and kissed his cheeky and left.

I got to the kitchen and saw Cameron and the guys at a table in a desperate room. I walked over to them and they noticed me. "Look who finally decided to get up." Matt said. "Well good morning to you too matchu." I said. He just chuckled. I go and sit next to Virgo and Cameron. I kiss Cameron's cheek. "Morning cammy boo!" He smiled.

"Do I not get a hug good morning?" Nash asked. I walk over to him as he stands up. I wrap my arms loosely around his torso. He wraps his arms tightly around me. "Nash....Cant....Breathe." He just laughed. He finally let go and I walked back to my seat. I sat down And Cameron wrapped his arm around my shoulder and kissed my temple. "Good morning sunshine. Did you sleep well?" I nodded my head.

After we all got done eating, we decided to go snowboarding again. I got dressed in my swift gear again and Virgo borrowed my extra gear.

"Are we all going to go on the slopes?" Cameron asked. "Can I go on the half pipe? I need to practice." I asked. "Yes. Make sure someone goes with you." "Virgo, you wanna come with me?" She nodded her head. "Ok. Make sure you stay with each other. And Meggan, be safe. I know how you push yourself sometimes." Cameron said. "Ok. I will." With that, me and Virgo left to the half pipe.

Once I got there, I stood at the edge of it. I looked down trying to remember what it feels like. I turn and look at Virgo. She gave me a thumbs up and I went for it. The first time I went up, I grabbed the back of the board. The second time I did a frontside. Then a backside, shifty, and a poptart. I landed on my feet perfectly.

I got down to the end where Virgo was at. Some guy was standing next to her. I couldn't tell who. I got closer and stopped in front of her. "That was awesome!!!" Virgo said. "Thanks!" "That was a killer ride!!" They guy said. "Um.. thanks." He moved his glasses and I saw it was grant. "Oh, sorry. I'm Grant. Grant Landis." He said sticking his hand out for me to shake. I shook his hand and said,"Meggan. Meggan Dallas." "You wouldn't happen to be Cameron Dallas' little sister, would you?" He asked. "In the flesh." "Nice. I saw you in one of the boys vine." I nodded my head. "Ya. I wasn't supposed to be in it, but Taylor forgot I wasn't and took one of me." "I see." We all just laughed. "So what are you guys doing for the day?" Grant asked. "Ill probably be practicing half the day, helping my dad with stuff, and sleeping the rest." I said. "You can't forget about taking breaks to eat and drink." Virgo said. "Right. Can't forget that." I said laughing.

"What are you doing today?" Virgo asked him. "Probably snowboard a little. But that's about it." He said smiling. "You can hang with us if you want." I said obviously seeing how lit up Virgo is when he's around. "Uh, sure. I'd like that."

After an hour or so of practicing and messing around, we started getting hungry. We decided to go to the snack shack. When we got there, I saw the boys. I snuck up behind Cameron and squeezed his sides, making him jump. I started laughing. "Meggan!!!!" He whined. "Cameron!!!" I whined back. He chuckled and threw his arm around my shoulders. "So, how was practicing?" "Tiring. How was hanging out with these dumbnuts?" I asked pointing at the guys. "Hey!!!" Nash said. I laughed. "Kidding."

We sat down and ate and drank. "I gotta go help dad now. Bye guys." I said getting up, kissing Cameron's cheek. "Where's my kiss?" Hayes and Nash both asked. I rolled my eyes. I kissed nash on the cheek and then Hayes. After I kissed Hayes, I blushed and so did he. I looked at Virgo and she was smirking. I rolled my eyes and hit her arm. I was about to leave, but then the other boys said, "I want one too!!!" I laughed and rolled my eyes. I do that a lot. I kissed all of them on the cheek. "There. Can I go now?" I asked. "Yes!!!" They said together. I laughed and went to my dads office.
