y/n stood awkwardly in the corner as she took a sip of her beverage.. soda, of course. it was currently the oddest time of the party. most of the students were either passed out or making out. zora was nowhere to be found and y/n didn't know who to talk to. "maybe kuroo and bokuto aren't occupied-" she thought. well, the thought wrong. both of the males were doing chaotic dance moves on top of the living room couch. "mhm.. i wonder why i thought otherwise." y/n chuckled to herself, setting her cup onto a nearby table. for some reason, it felt better to sit alone rather than to wake up with a hangover.

"hey l/n.." kenma said as he walked up beside her. "hah, this party sucks. there's nothing to do." the e/c girl laughed in response. his presence managed to make her spirit lighten up. "hi kozume! and yea, this does suck. the only thing i want to do is eat." kenma glanced over to the kitchen and eyed the snacks placed on the counter. "well there's a lot of food still, and we shouldn't let it all go to waste.."

y/n smirked at the statement. "are you implying what i think you're implying?" the blonde male nodded, turning his head to look y/n in the eyes. "if you're thinking that i suggested that we get out of here and eat a shitload of snacks, the hell yea." the two dashed through the crowd of people without being noticed. a true talent, really.

"oh sick, look at all of this pizza-" y/n gasped with widened eyes as she pointed at all of the unnecessary boxes. kenma scrunched up his nose, moving his hand to reach a bowl of pretzels instead. "i don't really like dairy. i prefer saltier food." grabbing a random drink from the cooler, y/n raised a confused eyebrow. "how do you stay hydrated then? i know damn well that you don't drink water on a daily basis." she took a huge gulp of the beverage before walking away with snacks in her arms. "hey! you can't be talking, you're literally drinking soda right now." kenma complained, jogging to catch up.

y/n chuckled, and with a big munch, she ate a single chip. "yeah yeah, whatever. so where should we hang? there's way too much people out here." she asked. kenma looked around the area with squinted eyes. "uhhh, i don't really know.. the bathrooms are pretty big, there'll be enough room for both of us to stay there for a bit-" y/n shrugged her shoulders as they walked to the bathroom entrance. "well, i don't think they would mind if we sat in one of their rooms, so i guess that's our second option-"

but just as they opened the door, they were met with a surprise..

"SHIT-" zora shrieked as she pulled away from the kiss. y/n dropped her drink onto the floor out of shock. "huh- is this where you've been??" an awkward silence began to fill the room. kenma grabbed onto y/n's arm as a droplet of sweat ran down the side of his face. "uhh.. l/n, i believe that they're busy at the moment.. we should get going."

"mhm, okay then~" y/n picked up the can from the floor, winking at zora before they exited.

"that's lowkey nasty.. why would you drink that after dropping it on the floor??" the blonde said with a disgusted expression. y/n only shrugged as she drank more of the liquid. "are you trying to change the subject or something?" she asked. kenma rubbed the back of his neck as he looked in the other direction. "i- uh, maybe.. but we literally walked in on your roommate mushing faces with someone. so the real question is, why aren't you bothered by it?"

y/n glanced at the male, both of them heading towards one of the bedrooms. "eh? of course i'm bothered by it! but it's not really a big deal, zora can make out with anyone she wants to. she was my first kiss, you know." kenma's eyes widened. "is that so..? i didn't think that you and zora used to date.."
