Chapter 42

It's been a minute you guys! I know it's been a while and I'm sorry but I did say that updates would be farther apart. Anyway, I looked and saw we have 6000 views! That's great. But the lot of you aren't voting or commenting. I never know if you guys like it if you don't vote or comment. So please do. Also I did change the rating to mature because again none of you guys told me if it was or not and I do use bad language. So....
Now on with the story...

There was a rift between Cora and Rose and I, and anyone could spot it. Sure we had made up, but Cora had acted like such a bitch under Cho's control.

I could hear people whispering when I walked by, their own version of that day up on the Astronomy Tower. I guess a lot of people had seen me walk up there, Harry run up there with Ron right behind him, and all three of us slowly walk down, me crying into my brother's shoulder. For the most part, no one really knew what happened up there. A lot of people thought I was raped or something like that, but they couldn't get much farther from the truth.

Rose, Cora and I were studying. It had been two weeks since we made up with Cora and those two weeks were interesting.

Cho glowered at us whenever we saw her, Hermione stayed in the common room until at least 2 in the morning and got up at, like, 5. Harry was still himself, and Ron was as clueless as ever. The twins though, they seemed to be planning some sort of mischief.

Usually when the three of us study, we're outside. It's peaceful, and you actually feel alive.

"Ah," Cora said, stretching.
"This is the life."

"Can someone quiz me on History of Magic?" Rose said frantically trying to find her book.

"Relax Rose. You do this every year, and then you get great scores." I said handing her, her book.

"Gin's right Rosie. You need to chill out."

"Hey, I actually do study. Won't you at least try to? These are important exams, if you want to get into fifth year, and we all know fifth year is one of the most crucial years." Rose handed Cora her copy of The Standard Book of Spells.

"Oh fiiiiiine." Cora dragged out 'fine' till it had three syllables. I swear that girl is going to be the death of me.

Cora opened her book to a random page and began reading.

"Study. Like make notes and stuff. You know?" Rose gave Cora her notebook and little sticky pieces of paper Hermione called Posticks. I think.

"Oh and don't forget these." I handed Cora different inks and a quill. "They'll be easier to read and find quickly."

"Yeah yeah. Thanks." Cora sat back lazily and twirled her dark hair. It had grown a lot and was now at her rib cage. She kept it down all the time.

"Ginny Weasley?" I heard someone ask and I looked up to see what looked like a young version of Sirius. Messy long dark hair, leather jacket. He looked like a total rebel.

"Yeah that's me. Er. You are...?"

"Right. I'm Zeke. Zeke Mathers." He leaned in closer. "Sirius Black is a friend of my parents." He whispered.
"Cool." Cora smiled at him.

"Before you go getting any ideas, I am single but not interested ." He chuckled.

Cora rolled her eyes.
"Wrong idea dude."

"Well then to you ladies." He sat down next to us.

"I have a boyfriend."

"And I'm too interested in my studies."

"Well maybe I can change that." Zeke smiled at her and she quickly turned her attention to her book.

"Well it was an honor meeting you. Good luck with Harry, Ginny." He stood up dusting off the dirt on his pants, before sending me a wink and walking away.

"Damn." Rose looked up as he walked away.

"Aww does Rosie have a crushie?" Cora teases poking her in the side.

"Shove off." Rose pushed Cora and started to giggle.

"You guys are so immature." I rolled my eyes.

Rose got a mischievous look on her face, and signaled Cora something. Before I could stop her, she came over and both of them started to tickle me relentlessly.

"Stop it! Help!!" I squealed laughing really hard.

And do you think they did?
