A/N I told you this would get random.
In the land of Thgin Elav, there was one roach that the others looked up to, young or old. He had once been a brave adventurer, but had retired from exploration after a Namuh had captured him and attempted to kill him. Being as strong as he was, he had escaped, but the psychological trauma was immense. he spent most of his time in his home sleeping. Every once in a while, a shriek would split the air as his sleeping self witnessed some catastrophe. His friends all encouraged him to travel to some far off land, one with less danger. He had never even considered it until now.
The only reason he was currently preparing himself for such a journey was to save himself. A nest of Namuhs had settled nearby, and the only way to stay alive was to leave. So he gathered up his belongings and started off.
Naveed glanced about nervously as he started off, worried of what might jump out of he let his guard down. Eventually, though, he relaxed enough to enjoy the scenery, and not jump at every rustle of the grass. He continued like this for a few days, until he came across another traveler. This traveler spoke of a wonderful village three days east of their current point, a lively place where food was plentiful and Namuhs were not. Naveed graciously thanked the bug, and set off again, happier then before. All was well for the rest of his journey, and at last, he reached the village.
Never in his life had Naveed seen a village this charming. Groves of Poplar trees, a bubbling stream, and a cool breeze added to the appeal. He soon settled down, and started himself a business selling newspapers. The children of the town grew to love him, and when at last he died, his tales were passed down for generations.
A/N Not much happens in Naveed the Cockroach, sorry.
