The man continues walking into the city carrying a sleeping baby in his arms, he has a mission, mission to keep this baby safe. He promised his friend, his "brother" to keep the little guy safe, but he can't, he can't take that full responsibility, he didn't know why but he can't take care of this baby. Talk about the bad and lame excuse, right?
He was sorry to his friend, can't keep his promise to him, so the solution is the give this baby to a better parent and adopt it, and he know who to call.
