Kelly, if.... .... you give in

Two dead bodies were found in the building, that's why the Intelligence had been called. A thing you certainly didn't want to do to yourself, especially since you wouldn't be allowed to enter the crime scene anyway. What a shame.
"See you tonight?" you heard a voice, which is why you started looking around, wanting to know who was meant, and a few moments later, saw Kelly coming towards you, "Or, do you have to ask your brother first?"
"Funny," was all you said, but with a small smile on your lips, "Come on Kell. We both know you're not my type besides, you won't have any trouble finding someone for tonight if you don't want to be alone."
"It's not supposed to be a date either Ruzek," Kelly countered, which made you laugh, if only for the reason that this was coming from him, "You know friends do things together especially when they don't see each other often. It's not like we have to go out drinking."
One thing you knew. Loose would not let Kelly until you finally said yes.
Why you finally did say yes, or rather 'alright, you win', was because Kelly was nice and you didn't feel like discussing private matters at a crime scene.
No date but ice skating, and that was exactly when the kids gradually disappeared from the ice and only adults or couples were to be found there.
