Fifty Shades of Grey

Chapter 22

I was getting ready for dinner. I put on this black dress that Ally gave me. It was so pretty. Shade knocked on my door. "Can I come in?", he asked. "Yes come in" l, I said. Shade walked in wearing a dress shirt and a dark grey tie. I was standing in front of the mirror. He walked up behind me,  "you look gorgeous", he tells me. Shade then moved my hair. "Close your eyes", he said. I close my eyes and he puts something around my neck. "Okay, you can open them now", he says. My eyes open and I couldn't believe it. A diamond heart shaped necklace. "Oh my god Shade, I love it, beautiful", I told him. "So you can always have my heart", he tells me. I turn around and kiss him. "You look very nice by the way", I compliment him. "Thanks", he replies. "Let's go down for dinner they're probaly waiting for us and I'm starving", I tell Shade. "Yeah I agree, let's go", he replies.
The two of us head down for dinner holding hands. Everyone is sitting at the dinner table. "You look beautiful Emma", Ally says. "It's all because of you", I say. Shade and I sit across from each other. Levi gets up. "I'd like to make a toast for Emma, she defeated Greyon and she broke the chain, so this toast goes to Emma", he raises his glass and says. "To Emma", everyone says as they raise there glass. "Well I wouldn't have done it without the help of my amazing friends", I say. "Awh thanks Emma", says Ally. "Hey wheres Lauren you guys", askes Mason. Everything goes silent. "Really Mason, way to kill the mood, we don't want to talk about her", says Ally. "She's in her room, but who cares", says Levi.
We all then talk and mingle and crack some jokes with each other. We had a great dinner and I realized that this is where I belong. At first they were just my friends, but now they're more than that, they're family.
