Lorna didn't want to listen to Erik or Raven's words, she didn't want to stop the destruction, and because of that Erik had to fight her, not because he wanted to but because he had to, he had to stop Lorna before she destroyed the whole world.

Erik destroyed the strong Magnetic Field that protected Lorna, it took a lot of energy to do so considering the magnetic field was very strong, even too strong for Erik.

With his fatherly instincts, he wouldn't let her fall into the pit of misguidance created by that false God.

When the Magnetic Field broke, Lorna's focus got distracted, her arms bound by metal which Erik controlled.

They both flew through the air, Lorna threw whatever she had at Erik. But Erik didn't counter her attack, he just defended and protected himself from every metal charge that Lorna sent.

The Metal coils slipped from Lorna's hands, and for a moment she had full range to do attack after attack on Erik.

"Lorna! Stop! That false god will give you nothing but bitterness!" Erik shouted.

"It's not all about him! I don't care if he's a false god or a real god, if he can give me what I want, a better world... I'll stand by his side!" Lorna shouted back.

Lorna bent the metal around Erik's neck, she pulled him so that Erik lost his balance, stumbling through the air.

On the other hand, Raven could only watch them fight, she couldn't be of much help, they could fly and she couldn't, but when she saw Erik strangled with metal around his neck, Raven couldn't just sit still.

They didn't fly high enough from her so Raven decided to jum, grabbed Lorna's leg so that she almost fell. For a moment, Lorna lost control, and that was when Erik managed to remove the metal around his neck.

He wrapped metal around Lorna's body, binding her tightly but trying not to hurt her.

They went down, Lorna still tied up, but she didn't even try to break free, she was exhausted. Erik couldn't bear it, so he let go of the metal coils, laid Lorna against the wall.

Lorna closed her eyes tightly in shame.

"I thought this was the right thing to do," Lorna said quietly.

"Ssshhh, it's okay, everything will be fine" Erik brushed the dust off Lorna's face which was now mixed with her tears.

Then he hugged her, for the first time Lorna felt Erik's warm embrace.

Suddenly Alex came to them, he was breathless because of the fights he had just had against the other Horseman.

"Charles is in the Pyramid! And we're in a bit of trouble with the Horseman on guard..." said Alex gasping for air.

"It's your son..." Alex told him.

Erik stood up now, though he didn't want to let go of Lorna.

"We need your help, Erik," said Alex.
