Weeks go by...

Cate has left home for the filming of Oceans 8. Rooney stayed at the house with Andrew and the children. Things are going smoothly.... Until.

Cate never knew how great Sandra Bullock was, she admired her work regularly and respected her very much as an actress. But... Cate now admired her as a person, she held a special place in Cate's heart. The same went for Sandra, she had never met someone who clicked with her like Cate did, who understood her in every way, who could finish her sentences and who made her panic more than she could ever imagine.

Cate felt a connection with Sandy and it was reciprocated by Sandy, they joked all night, but then were very serious about their work and families. Cate hadn't shared her relationship with Rooney, with anyone but the household. But she wanted someone to tell so that she could express the amazing amount of love and passion she had for this exquisite woman. Now, she had Sandy.

It is late, Sandra and Cate have just finished filming, none of the other main cast were there and not many were awake. They had just ended a hard day, but Cate wanted to talk to Sandra about Rooney, she had something on her mind. So, she invites Sandra into her trailer for coffee.

They both sit down on the sofa, with their coffee in hand. Suddenly, the air between them changed. They felt drawn top each other, like magnets pulling one another in. It was undeniable that there was chemistry between them.

Cate wanted to speak to Sandy and she was all ears, she was such a good friend. While they both felt the other luring them in, they assumed it was just good friendship and there on screen chemistry mirroring into reality.

"So Sandy, I haven't told anyone this. And I need someone to talk to. Is that ok? I just feel like we have become so close and I really trust you..." Cate says looking directly at Sandra making her slightly nervous.

"Caty Blanket, you can talk to me about anything, you know that. I'm all ears!" They both giggle.

"Rooney and I are together, but we haven't made things official, she is at my house right now. Obviously, we spoke to Andrew and the children and they have all been divine as usual but I want to take our relationship to the next level, I want to ask her to be my girlfriend. I spoke to Andrew just before I left and he said he was more than happy. —what are your thoughts?" Cate finishes after rambling and her heart beating rapidly.

"My thought is that love is love and you obviously like her, and if Andrew and the kids are happy then why shouldn't you. Take it to the next level, make it official. On one condition... you let me know how it goes. I am so proud of you Cate." Sandy smiles proudly.

"Thank you." Cate says with a glisten in her eye and cuddles Sandy tightly, and it lingers.

Meanwhile, Rooney is at home spending her time with the children and Andrew. She has been reading to Edith a lot, she is missing Cate a lot so she thought about taking a trip with them to see Cate to cheer them up. Rooney has been fitting in perfectly with the family and everything was smooth sailing.

However, she can't stop thinking about Cate and Sandra. She has a bad feeling because Cate has seemed almost nervous when speaking to her on the phone, little did she know it was because she wanted to ask her to be her girlfriend.

What if she has lost interest in me and something has happened between her and Sandra. Or, I am overthinking and everything is fine... I am going to take the children to see her this weekend because Andrew is working, and I can talk to her then. I'm sure everything is fine, I just don't know why she is nervous, I have never heard or seen her like this. I'm scared. Rooney thinks to herself and takes a deep breath
