The definition of a Starkeeper

A Starkeeper is basically a subspecies of an Angel, however, they are much, much weaker and they are by blood pacifists, meaning, if they are attacked and defending themselves brings a possibility of hurting the other, they will not defend themselves as it is an instinct to protect every human and person they meet. They are also quite rare among other species since they are constantly being killed and hunted down.
Starkeepers are like batteries they don't need to sleep, instead, they recharge from moonlight, which, is sunlight but the source of their energy can also be the source of their death. Direct sunlight will burn them like the sun does to a vampire, crisping immediately.
Star keepers can mate with different species by pledging their love to the other person by going into a state of pain and agony for a few seconds to prove they can withstand any pain to be with the one they love, this happens when they decide to bond the other person simply touching them however this doesn't happen often. After doing so, the Starkeeper is practically owned by that person however no Starkeeper has ever fully been bonded with another person that isn't their own species because of their loyalty to God.
Immediately when Starkeepers mate with other starkeepers, their souls attach together by soul strings and it eventually, kills them, their souls joining together to make a new starkeeper, a child, in which, sometimes there are many children.
One more thing you should know about star keepers is that they are expected to keep pure souls, if they fail, it has become a threat to heaven, and the planet so they are fired in a way, terminated some might say, which means, they have until the next full moon to live as they please before they won't be able to recharge and they die from energy starvation.
