Part 2

"Those three are definitely in possession of some kind of dark magic. How else could you explain what happened back there?" Sunset Shimmer said. We were all on our way to Principle Celestia's office to tell her about what happened.

"Don't worry, y'all. We'll let Principal Celestia know all about this and those girls will be kicked to the curb in no time. Last thing she needs is another CHS event almost ruined by some power-crazed lunatic." Applejack looked over at Sunset Shimmer.

"Er, no offence"

"None taken" 

~At the office~

"Dark magic? I find that very hard to believe. Those girls came into my office earlier and were absolutely delightful." Principal Celestia said. 

"Ugh! Perhaps Sunset Shimmer is just eager to make someone else out to be a bad element so that her actions at the Fall Formal will become old news." Vice-principal Luna said. 

" I could see why you might think that, but—" 

"That's not what's happening! We saw all of this go down in the cafeteria too!" I said.

"Yes, but isn't your band supposed to be part of the Musical Showcase?" Principal Celestia asked. 

"Yes." Rainbow Dash said. 

"Perhaps you're all just worried that the Dazzlings will steal your spotlight." Vice-principal Luna said. We all looked at each other confused. 

" The "Dazzlings"?" Applejack asked. 

"It's the name of their musical group. That's why they came by my office earlier – to sign up for the Showcase. Even sang a little song to Vice Principal Luna and I." 

"They did?" I asked.

"Yes. And we think having a Battle of the Bands instead is a marvellous idea." This can't be good.

" I can't believe they got to Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna too," Fluttershy said. 

"They've gotten to everybody." Rainbow Dash as I braided her hair.

"Not everybody!" Pinkie Pie said.

"Pinkie Pie's right. We were there when the Dazzlings were singin' and we weren't affected. It was like we were protected somehow." Applejack said.

"Applejack's right, but we don't know anything about these new girls," I said with a sigh. Everyone sat in silence for a bit but then Sunset Shimmer gasped.

"I have an idea! Follow me" Sunset Shimmer led us to her locker where she then pulled out a book. 

"I kept it with me all this time, I guess I knew deep down that I was making a mistake," Sunset Shimmer said as she frowned. 

"I hope it still works" Rarity laughed a bit 

"What do you mean 'still works' that's a book darling," Rarity said. Sunset Shimmer pulled out a quill.

"I haven't written these words in a long time. Dear Princess Celestia..." 

Pony Y/n POV: 

The other ponies and I were sitting in Twilights' new castle. Twilight was reading and Rainbow Dash was flying around me trying to get my attention while the other ponies watched and laughed. 

"Good morning princess Twilight, where do you want all of these books from Princess Celestia?" A pony asked.

"In the library," Twilight said calmly.

"Even this one that's glowing and vibrating?" Twilight put down her book and walked over to the giant stack of books and used her magic to get the glowing one down from the pile. Twilight read what was in the book and gasped.

"oh no," The ponies and I looked at each other, confused about what Twilight meant. 

"The sirens" Twilight said as her hooves hit the table. 

"NOT THE SIRENS!" Pinkie Pie yelled. Pinkie Pie leaned towards Fluttershy.

"I don't actually know what that means" Pinkie Pie whispered to Fluttershy. I laughed a bit before turning my attention back to Twilight. I didn't really feel like listening but all that I could take away is that these ponies were bad.

Human Pony Y/n POV: 

The girls and I were still outside the portal. Rainbow Dash and I were lying on the ground and we didn't really know what the other girls were doing. We all heard a noise come from the portal and we all turned to look at it.

"TWILIGHT!" Everyone yelled in excitement. 

"And I have some bad news about those new girls," Twilight said
