Asahi was jarred from his thoughts when Tanaka yelled as he smashed a spike and earned the team a point.
The gentle giant was fretting again. He couldn't remember what it looked like on the other side.. past the iron wall. Could he ever see that again?
You cheered Tanaka on with the rest of his teammates on the sidelines, grinning at Suga.
Up in the stands, Shimada and Takinoue showed up along with the girls volleyball team. The stared down at the court, wondering why Suga was on the sidelines.
Your attention was immediately drawn to Hinata as he sprinted up to the net. Aone was hot on his heels, gritting his teeth as he just barely missed the block, his fingers skimming the edge of the ball as Hinata spiked it.
Aone sighed a bit. He glanced over at you. He wanted to- no. He would impress you by stopping Hinata. He wanted to see your smile as you praised him. Or even your stupidly attractive smirk as you teased him.
Futakuchi sighed. "Geez, that thing is stupidly fast! But good job, Aone! You got a finger on it!" He grinned smugly at the taller male.
Aone frowned, it was almost a pout if I'm being honest.

The girls volleyball team mumbled about Hinata, marveling at his sick hops.
Yui looked down at the sidelines again, noticing Suga talked to you.
You were sitting on the edge of the bench, body turned sideways to face suga. His body was turned to yours as well, but both of you were watching the match.
She watched with a knowing grin as Suga turned his head and smiled at you, blush coating his cheeks. He looked happy to be there, despite not playing.
The whistle for a serve grabbed your full attention. Number three served, sending it over the middle of the net.
"Nishinoya!" Asahi called, watching the libero drop and receive the ball.
He sends it up to Kageyama, both Tanaka and Hinata dashing up to the net.
You watch as Futakuchi and Aone move over to block Hinata. The orange fluffball hesitates when he jumps, fooling the blockers as he did a normal quick.
"YEAHHH! Whooo! Good job, little love!"
Hinata beams and throws two thumbs up at you. Kageyama nudges him aside and stands there, face expectant as he awaited his praise.
You covers your mouth with your hand and laugh to yourself. "Pfft, okay fine- Good job, Tobio baby!!" He grins determinedly and it was kinda scary.
Meanwhile, Moniwa was calming his team down before they could get too riled up.
"Don't let them get to you!" He spreads his arms out as he got his point across. "It's not like we're getting steamrolled. Our attacks get through too. Yeah, their number 10 is something else. But you've faced off against a lot of different hitters before, and you've shut them all down! Even Karasuno's ace! You've done it before, you can do it again!"
