Marshall's POV:
It's summer, the best time of the year! Ryder gave us a day-off today, so we all went to the beach.
'Hey Chase,' I said, 'Wanna make a splash?' 'I'd love to!' He replied with a smile. My heart pounded, it was the smile that always melts me. I turned my head and blushed secretly, hoping he won't notice. Luckily, he didn't. He was too busy setting up the umbrella. Phew! Chase ran to me as soon as he finished, 'Let's go!' We chased each other around in the waves, splashing and pouncing in the water. We both got exhausted and decided to rest. 'Marshall, I think I need a rest,' Chase panted. I nodded in agreement. We went under the umbrella shade and took a nap. Chase rested his head on my shoulder and I became so flustered that Zuma noticed my blushing. He looked away, pretending that he didn't see anything. Though, I know it wasn't true. I rested my head on Chase's and took a nice nap. I woke up when Rubble woke us up for lunch. Zuma looked at us, giggling quietly. I shot a quick glare at him, then looked back at Chase. He was hugging me while napping!?! No wonder Zuma reacted like that! I nudged his nose with mine, and gently woke him up.

After lunch, I walked to a tree near the Lookout, going to pick up the tug toy. Then a paw grabbed me and pulled my behind the tree. It was Zuma. He brought me to the beach. Zuma whispered, 'Okay, no one's here.' I tilted my head in confusion. He continued, 'Marshall, I saw that you and Chase are really close. You two play together, hang out together, even sleep together. Well, I just wanted to know, if you have a crush on him.' I flustered and looked away, 'N-no?' Zuma smirked, 'I'll take that as a yes.' I sighed, 'Fine, I'll tell you. Yes, I've always loved him, since the moment I came to the Paw Patrol.' Zuma bounced into the air, 'Yes! I knew it! Wait, does Chase know about it?' I shook my head, 'No, but I really hope he likes me back.' Zuma put a paw on my shoulder and said, 'I'm sure he does.'
