44. Call for help

The trio sat at breakfast, which was prepared for them by their personal chef. The day before yesterday the staff arrived. Everyone had different reasons for doing this job. One did it out of fear, the other out of admiration, the next for the money and someone else because he had no choice.

There was still no reaction to the video, but Izuku couldn't be disappointed, because the Villains League was classified as a Mafia and also one of the most dangerous in all of Japan. That made him proud. Since Izuku joined the League, there has been no more money problems.

After breakfast the three separated. Akira went to explore the huge garden, Bakugo went to work to talk to his new technician. Izuku finally went back to the base of the league. The reason for his return was Shigaraki, he was acting weird. He didn't talk to Akira anymore and he was cold with the rest of the league too, that worried Izuku very much.

"Shigaraki we need to talk." Izuku said coldly, everyone gave him fearful looks. Toga, Dabi, and Twice were the only ones who weren't afraid of the teenager, except for the 1-A and his loved ones.

Shigaraki followed Izuku into his office.
"What's up?" Asked Izuku. The worry in his voice could not be ignored.
"Y ... you worry?" Shigaraki asked in shock. The older one was beginning to regret that he had misjudged the younger one.
"of course I do, I have to be the strong leader, but I still care about you like family. After all, it was the first time I felt welcomed by you. You made me feel like family."
Said the younger and took his 'brother' in his arms.
"I... I... I'm so so sorry. I really didn't mean to. I was scared for Akira, you understand?" Izuku eyes widened.
"What did you not mean?" Izuku started in a panic.

Shigaraki couldn't say anything anymore, there was a loud 'boom' and screams of pain could be heard below.
Izuku ran down immediately. His fear turned into anger, several police officers had broken into the bar and pressed the members to the ground with more than necessary force.

Izuku reacted too late and was now pushed to the ground.
"Shigaraki, who is the death of them?" One of the policemen asked.
All eyes were on Shigaraki, who was standing in the doorway, his face contorted with pain.

"He is not here." Shigaraki said and tried to turn away, but in vain a policeman held him down and began to break his arm.
"Liar!" The policeman snapped.

"Get off him." His voice was low but everyone heard the green haired one.
"Aki, Baku, I need you here." Izuku meant.

"Nobody can hear you. Why are you still trying, little one say who is your leader. Make it easy for us and your sentence will be less."

Izuku had to giggle. The little trust he had in the police was a lie. They had duped his big brother. he could never forgive them.

A meow could be heard. A black cat came through the door as normal.
"Kayda, they hurt your brother." Izuku said in a mocking tone.

The cat's eyes were on Shigaraki's figure lying on the ground.
"Enough with the game. I don't care who, just someone kill that damn cat." Growled the policeman who was holding Shigaraki.
At his words the aura changed, the whole league was now ready to destroy everything around them. Kayda aka Akira was not only their leader, but also a big sister. For many already a mother.

"Don't you dare to hurt her! You will bitterly regret it." The whole league said in unison that the police seemed to be surprised.
"What do you want to do about it?" The policeman asked on Izuku now annoyed.

"What are we going to do about it?" Izuku asked angrily, his whole body shaking.
"Kayda, I'll take over from here.
Back up team ready?" Izuku asked. Through his earring he heard a short 'Everyone is in position'.

"I've had enough of you." Izuku growled and suddenly the whole room was on fire. Darkness fell over the room. The gases from the shadow flames were bothering most of them.
The green-haired one rolled out from under the policeman and pushed the policeman to the ground.
"Die." Izuku said briefly and cut the officer's throat. At the sight of the flaming dagger in his hand, the police became clearly unsure.

Nobody could run anymore.
"NOW!" Izuku yelled and the whole 1-A team stood in the doorway. Shoto froze the policemen and Tenya helped everyone up.

"Why are you helping him? He betrayed you after all." Said one of the policemen whose face was still free from the ice when Tenya helped Shigaraki himself from the policeman's grip.

"Very simple. What he did was for his sister. He was scared. Yes, I'm a monster, but that meant not that I just let my brother down like that." Said Izuku and wrote a message to Kurogiri.

Shortly afterwards a portal appears through which everyone passed. The rest of the league might not come to the base for now.

Izuku went through the portal last, without looking back, he blew up the whole building.

On the other side of the portal he found himself in the entrance hall of his villa.
Bakugo stood in front of the huge picture and looked down at him.

"We have a guest." Bakugo said while he went to the living room, followed by a man with a weird looking mask. Izuku recognized him immediately. It was Overhaul, leader of a known yakuza.

A maiden came over and showed the League their rooms, Tenya was already on the way again to establish contact with twice and everyone else. They were all on missions, which is why they hadn't noticed that their base was being blown up.

"Why are you here?" Izuku asked suspiciously.
"My friends at the Nature Dragons have helped me out. I need your help."
Izuku left the living room and came back with Akira shortly afterwards. They sat across from Overhaul.

"I'm currently working on Qurik-erasing drugs, the heroes are on my tail. I need money and men, in return I can supply you with these drugs."
Izuku looked questioningly at Bakugo, who grinned self-satisfied and pulled out a small red needle.
Overhaul's eyes widened.

"We did some research, I thought you'd show up here, I checked it out a bit and now the question arises, who do you make this drug from?"
Bakugo studied the drug in his hand and then smiled wickedly. The blonde had spent a lot of time finding out about enemy gangs, and he had given the heroes a little nudge so that they could investigate Kai Chisaki.

"I can't give you this information." As hard as he tried, Overhaul couldn't hide the fear.

"I think we got it wrong here, who do you make it from?" Bakugo growled and made small explosions in his hands.

Even when he was scared, Overhaul just shook his head.

Akira spoke now.
"You called for help but can't even give us enough information, what a shame, but I think that's your own problem. Let's bring him to the basement."
