It was as a freezing cold night and you were wondering around outside aimlessly with your head down, looking at the ground. It was the middle of December and you were just kicked out of your third job this month. All you had on was a long (f/c) dress with a (s/f/c) sash around your waist with a light blanket over top of you. You're eyes start to water; filling with tears. There weren't many people out that night because of how cold it was. Puddles on the ground had completely frozen over and snow started to fall around you. As you walk, you glance at the closed shops with items in the display cases. Suddenly you slip on a frozen puddle, falling backwards. You land on your behind with a sharp pain in your ankle. You hiss in pain and hold your ankle tightly with one hand while the other clenched to the blanket so it didn't fly away in the wind. You squeeze your eyes shut and looked up, seeing a large mansion with a few lights on. You stumble to your feet as you limp as fast as you can to the building in the near distance. Your (h/c) hair blew around in the fierce wind that seemed to try and knock you back but you kept pushing yourself forward. The snow began to grow thicker, limiting your sight to only being able to see faint lights. Your lungs began to hurt as it got harder for you to breathe. Your hand accidentally slipped off the blanket, sending it flying behind you in the increadibly strong wind. You quickly turned in attemp to catch it but it was out of sight within a moment. You sighed and turned back around and started to limp faster, finally a large door came into sight. You smiled slightly, limping up the stairs as fast as you could and to the door. You knocked as hard as you could, coughing and shivering as you hugged yourself tightly. You crouched down and curled up tightly, trying to hold out a little longer but couldn't. You collapsed on the ground. The last thing you saw was the door open with shiny black shoes standing in the light of inside before everything went black.
~Sebastian's POV~
I happened to be walking down the grand staircase when I heard a faint knock on the door. I pulled out my pocket watch and looked at the time. 11:38 PM. "Who could that be at this late hour?" I asked myself out loud and approached the door and opened it. What I then saw shocked me. A young woman in nothing but what seemed to be a very light dress, collapsed on the ground in front of me. I quickly picked her up and brought her in, closing the door behind me. I ran up the stairs and to a guest room. I set her down in front of the fireplace that was in that room. I looked around quickly for matches and lit the fireplace. I grabbed a chair that was in the corner if the room and many heavy blankets. I sat the violently shivering lady in the chair and wrapped her up in as many blankets as I could. Her eyes slowly started to open from the warth I assumed. I gave a sigh of relief and stroked her (h/c) (h/s) hair with a soft smile.
