Jean slowly opened her eyes, she looked around and she was confused.
"Where is he?" Jean asked whoever was with her at the time.
"What? Who?" Scott asked.
"He was with me! He was--" Jean's voice was cut off as she began to realize her surroundings, she was no longer in the Pyramids, she saw the Professor lying there panting heavily, Raven holding her head with a cloth to stop her bleeding, Kurt who had passed out from exhaustion, Moira, Scott and Hank were also there.
"Jean, calm down, Kurt brought you two, you and Raven...." Scott told her, he was worried about Jean.
"Jean? Hey, are you okay--"
"CHARLES!! WHERE ARE YOU!!" Apocalypse shouted, everyone could hear it at that moment.
"I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME!!! WE ARE STILL CONNECTED...."
Charles took a deep breath, closed his eyes to calm down, and think clearly, he was still paranoid when that powerful mutant nearly took over his body.

Lorna heard the scream of anger, she knew it must be the False God-Apocalypse. She had messed up enough, she was instigated by Apocalypse into obeying his orders and taking part in the destruction of the world, she had endangered millions of lives out there.
She had used her gifts for the wrong things, she even went against her own father because of it.
Lorna stood now, as she was about to go to Apocalypse to pay for all her mistakes and stupidity, Alex took her hand
"Stay here...."
"I have to stop him," Lorna said.
"It's too dangerous!" Alex kept holding her back.
"Not for me..." Lorna took her hand off Alex, then she left.
Alex was a real gentleman, even if he could be an asshole at times, but he won't let a girl walk alone into danger. Alex wasn't afraid of the false god, neither did he follow Lorna to prove something or brag, he followed her because he had to, he felt a responsibility to look after her, ever since Raven and Erik left her to him.
The one thing that was bothering him right now was the burn on his right arm, making his movements very limited.
"Stubborn girl..." Alex mumbled.
"Did you just say something?" Lorna asked.
"Did I?" Alex replied.
The two of them went to where Apocalypse was, Alex pulled Lorna into hiding behind rocks and some debris, so they could prepare an effective attack.
"Why are we hiding!" Lorna asked annoyed she didn't want to waste more time while Apocalypse was still a threat to the world.
