Saturday was a good opportunity to sleep, visit your favorite places, eat at your favorite restaurant, play video games, watch your favorite show, or even hang out with your friends. And today, was that day knowing it was your friend's one year anniversary with their significant other, and he asked you for assistance in which you agreed to.
That friend was "Saiko", your house neighbor who you met a year ago.
You know it's still the first day of weekends, but you wanted to make the most of it by enjoying this weekend since you didn't want to go to school yet.
The two of you both carried a cardboard box with materials inside that were required for decorations.
"I planned to print the letters needed anyway, so don't worry." Saiko's eyes then landed on a figure, his eyes now sparkling a bit. He halted, which lead to you doing the same and staring at him confusingly. You followed his eyes and saw a vending machine that contains several kinds of milk box on the wall. Oh. "Hey, I think I just saw milk in there. Wait for me, I'll buy some real quick." You insisted on carrying the box he had, but he denied, like the "gentleman" he is, saying he'll just place it on the ground.
Both of you were busy. Him deciding on what flavor he should buy, squinting eyes and mouth gaping at the machine, while you were busy on your train of thoughts.
However, a voice you recognize interrupted, '(Y/N)~! Let's hang out this weekend!' In which, you instantly refused. That voice was from your other friend Mikey, who told you that just a day ago. You snickered as you thought about the way his mischievous smile dropped then pouted with defeat and sadness when you answered "no". You really did want to accept, but you didn't want to risk calling Draken with him coming with a scary face, you telling him how Mikey fell asleep as soon as he finished eating his kid meal (cue the Omurice with a flag on top) at the Joying-sun restaurant you both eat to. Guy deserves a break too. Albeit, Mikey luckily didn't push you even if he really wanted to.
