"Score!!" Vix exclaimed. The sound of a basketball hitting the court could be heard faintly. "Good work, cereal box." [Context for nickname - Vix = Trix = cereal box] Foxy collapsed on the floor, groaning. The four were playing basketball, and it was obvious Foxy and Vix won this round. "I- you good, Fucksee?" Vix ran over to him. "Never been better.." Foxy was competitive, and losing the entire game had broken his ego. Sho laughed. "Oh come on, it's just a game. Last round Almos almost broke his knee- Is he complaining? No." Sho looked over to towards Almos, whom looked ill. "Speaking of Almos.." Sho walked over to him, concerned. "Hey...are you..okay?" He asked him. "N-never been b-" He fell. Well, not exactly. He almost fell. Sho caught him. "Liar. You look ill..did you eat breakfast today?". Silence. "Well, yea- why would I not..eat.." Sho could see through his lies. "...FOXY DO YOU HEAR THAT. THE ICE CREAM TRUCK!" Vix dragged the poor boy over to the ice cream truck, the sweet sound engulfing all of Almos' senses. "Ice cream truck...ice cream..hey, ice cream sounds pretty good- wait no. Never mind." He got out of Sho's grasp and propped himself up. Vix and Foxy came over to them, Vix having a cone of mint ice cream with no toppings and just one scoop, just how Almos' likes it. "Hey, Al, you want some?" Vix asked their partner. "Oh no, I'm good." How sweet his smile was, almost like it was sent from the heavens. Well, it was. "Just one bite, please? I didn't see you eat anything today.." Vix pouted. Almos awkwardly laughed, wondering if He should agree to it. He didn't want to gain any weight.."How much..calories does it have?" He asked nervously. "Al that really does not matter..um...5?" Is that..too much? No, it's fine. Almos thought. "Um, sure- But a small bite okay?" Vix smiled wide and scooped some ice cream off on a spoon. "Open wideeeee!" Almos laughed at being treated like a child. Vix gingerly fed Almos the scoop of mint. "It's really sweet-" He commented on the ice cream. "Dude, you get to be fed by Trix and taste ice cream and YOU PERSONALLY CHOOSE TO DENY IT AND EAT THE SMALLEST SHIT OF ICE CREAM EVER?" Foxy crossed his arms. "Foxy, you really shouldn't be yelling- Do you wanna get fed too?" Vix suggested. "...not that I want to, BUT SINCE YOU SUGGESTED- yes please." Foxy opened his mouth, followed by Vix's laugh. Um, feeds. I don't know. " 'Nother round? Or..." Foxy asked his partners, basketball in hand. "You guys can play..my vision's..blur.." Thud. "ALMOS!" The three screamed, Sho being the first to get to his side. "Foxy, call an ambulance!" Sho demanded. "How do I-" "NOW." "OKAY OKAY-" Foxy whipped out his phone and dialed an ambulance. Sho devastating looked at Almos, potential tears pricking their eyes. They held him close. "you're gonna be okay, baby...you're gonna be okay...please be okay...don't take him away, please.." Sho sniffled and checked his pulse. Still alive, good..

At the hospital.

Sho frantically paced around the waiting room, while Vix and Foxy attempted to calm down their lover. "Dearie, how about you just- sit down, and breathe?" Foxy suggested, taking hold of Sho's hands and swiftly guiding them to a chair and setting them down. He kneeled in front of him. "Okay, now just breathe with me. Breath in...1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..breath out..1..2..3..4." Sho did as so. "..I kinda feel better." They clenched Foxy's hands. "See? It's gonna be okay, Al's gonna be okay...you're gonna be okay, it's gonna be okay baby.." Foxy reassured them. "My ice cream melted." Vix commented. "Trix this isn't the-"  "Foxy, let them." Sho chuckled.

A few hours passed...

"Sho!" Vix nudged Sho, whom was sleeping. "Huh..what- wait, Al! Is he okay? Where is-" Vix squeezed their hand. "It's gonna be okay, well it is okay- but- yea..the doctor came." Vix and Sho walked over to the doctor, Foxy was already talking to her. "How's his condition." Sho asked. "Hi...sir? Ma'am- um. Our patient passed out due to lack of food and water. If they don't eat anymore, they may end up starving themselves to death." What. What? No no..hey, that's not how things are suppose to be like! The three knew Al was trying to lose weight, but...they didn't think it'd go to this extent. "Can...can we see him?" Vix asked the doctor lady. "Yes, you may." She led them to Almos' room, where a fluffy, dark haired boy in a white hospital gown, was lying in a hospital bed. Motionless.
