"Techno, my man! Are you ready yet?"

Techno was ready. However, no matter how ready he was, he didn't want to go to the beach with his rowdy family as a "family bonding session." He would much rather stay at home and read Greek Mythology. Or go on his phone. Or do nothing. He had so many things that he would rather do than go to the beach. But, what Phil says goes, and that was the rule in the SBI household.

"TECHNOBLADE you're going to make us late! Get your ass over here I want to go to the beach!"

It was Tommy, again, in all of his annoying glory. He was at Techno's doorway, pouting at Techno, who was laying on the bed, phone in hand. Techno sighed at Tommy's antics.

"Shut up and leave me alone, Tommy," Techno replied, not bothering to look up from his phone.

"Phil!"

Of course Tommy called Phil. Whatever Phil says, Technoblade does. Well, eventually after some pushing and threatening.

A few moments later, Technoblade found himself strapped to the car, hand empty of his phone (it was snatched away by Phil), heading along with his three other family members to the beach. The beach where Sally, Wilbur's girlfriend, worked and allowed them to rent out the entire beach for the night.

Techno was still suspicious that Sally had let them rent the beach to trap them there. Sally, in all of her salmon-like glory, was very suspicious looking anyways. Without trying. And that in of itself says a lot about a person. Sally had flaming hair that poofed up in spiral curls. The color was a strange redish pink color, and if asked asked about her hair color, Sally herself would say that it was redder than a cucumber and pinker than a watermelon. She was obsessed with the color orange and even had orange scale-looking things on the side of her face. When question about it, however, hse always brushed it off as makeup. Techno doubted that it was make up.

"Hello Mr. Minecraft! Hello Will!"

Well, speak of the devil. It was Sally, bounding up to Techno and his family like a hurricane monster in the body of a highschool girl. Okay, maybe Technoblade was being a bit harsh, but that's what it looked like.

"Ello, Sally," Phil replied cheerily. Technoblade only narrowed his eyes. Despite that, Sally didn't seemed disturbed and smiled a huge smile. Techno doubted the smile was real.

"I just wanted to say that I hope you all have a great time today! The weather is nice and the water is clear," Sally said with a very unnerving smile still on her face. Then, as if she remembered something, she pulled a bag out of thin air. No one questioned it.

"Oh yes!" Sally chirped, "I got something for you all!" Her smile never dropped and her eyes shined as if she were doing them a great favor.

Phil, of course, took the bag graciously.

"Make sure to give the necklace to Techno," Sally plainly stated.

Oh wow. Way to be blatantly obvious in your suspicious plans against him! Techno desperately hoped that his family would take the hint. To read the very clear red flags, bright red and raised right in front of their faces.

And of course his family decided to ignore all of the flags presented.

Wilbur took the package from Phil. He took out the necklace and held it by the large, middle gem. After Wilbur was done inspecting the necklace, he tossed it at Techno.

Techno flipped and examined the necklace with a keen eye. The necklace itself was strangely crafted. The chains on the necklace leading onto one blue-green oval gem, the gem encased in iron. The necklace itself produced a pink and purple glow, and purple particles protruded from it. Techno immediately recognized the glow and particles as enchantments engraved into the necklace.

When nothing seemed too wrong, besides the obvious particles coming out of it, he put it around his neck. Sally gave him a wide smile.

"Amazing craftsmanship, Sally," Phil said, picking up and examining the necklace around Techno's neck, "where did you buy it?"

"Oh I didn't buy it," the girl replied in a mock-nervous voice, the large smile still plastered on her face, "I made it. In fact, I crafted it with the heart of the sea and polished iron ingots."

Technoblade wanted to say something. He wanted to ask where the heck Sally got the Heart of the Sea. He wanted to ask why it was silver and not gold to match his outfit. He wanted to ask what enchantments Sally put on the necklace. But the moment he opened his mouth, Phil cut him off with a short glare and said, "You are very talented, Sally."

Sally only smiled wider.

-- Author's Notes --

Ah yes. Quacknoblade. One of the rarest rare pairs. In terms of a healthy relationship. Like, they are enemies in the Dream SMP lore.

Anyways, I'm not used to writing on Wattpad but I decided to try it out for once. It's a bit short (it looked longer in my document) but I hope you guys enjoyed the first chapter.
