when your sister tries to take your place

Walking inside your new house in a beautiful white gown with your hair all made up. You walked around as Jungkook, your new husband wearing a black tuxedo followed you exploring the new house. 

It was huge and elegant! You loved it.

You and Jungkook got tied together in an arranged marriage by your parents. To you, marriage is a promise made between two people to love each other till their last breaths, to cherish each other and to stay with them forever. 

But to Jungkook, it was just paperwork which ties two people together.

"Wow… This house is beautiful'' you said and looked at him as he nodded and kept on looking around. "Maybe you should change…" He said as you nodded 

"Your room is upstairs, go to the hallway and the first room is yours" he said as you stopped at his words. 

He sighed before saying. "We'll be staying in different rooms" he said as you looked down and nodded before you went upstairs.

You went inside your room and sat down on the vanity while sighing. "So this is how this will be? No… I can't let it!" You mumbled to yourself before smiling while looking at your beautiful figure in the mirror. 

You got up to get changed and then went off to bed. 

[𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩 ; 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠]

You were sleeping peacefully dreaming about you and Jungkook but then your alarm clock went off making you slowly open your eyes. 

You got up and sat on the bed after turning off the alarm clock. You sat there for a bit before getting up and going to the bathroom to get changed. 

After getting dressed, you went downstairs and saw Jungkook eating his breakfast. You smiled and went to him. "Good morning!" You said as he just nodded, making your smile fade away.

You sat down and started eating your breakfast. There was complete silence. Whenever you would try to start a conversation, Jungkook would end it by giving short and dry replies which made your heart ache. 

'He doesn't want to talk to me?', 'I don't think he even loves me…' Different types of negative thoughts were going through your mind. 

You were lost in your negative thoughts when Jungkook said something. "You ready? Your parents invited us to their house for brunch" he said while finishing up his food and constantly looking at his phone. 

"Yeah, just give me a minute" you said and got up before going to your bedroom to get your handbag and fix your makeup.

[𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩 ; 𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭'𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞]

You both arrived at your parents' house as you excitedly unbuckled your belt before going out of the car. You and Jungkook both went to the front door and rang the bell. 

After a few seconds, the door opened. It's your sister.. To sum this up, step sister, your parents adopted her after your aunt passed away. "Hey!" You said and hugged her "Hi unnie!" She said with a wide grin. You went in and so did Jungkook. 

Your sister, Luna, looked at Jungkook from head to toe in a more seductive way before smirking. 

After a few minutes, you and your parents were talking to each other as Luna and Jungkook were constantly talking to each other, giggling, laughing and smiling. It made your heart ache 

because Jungkook never smiled like that with you. A sigh left your mouth looking at them happily talking to each other. "Y/n? Y/n!" Your mom said making you snap

out of your negative thoughts and gaining Jungkook and Luna's attention… Yeah you overthinked a lot! 

"I have to go to the restroom…" You said in a low tone before leaving the living room. Jungkook looked at you with furrowed eyebrows. "Uh- ok so anyways where were we?" Luna said, gaining Jungkook's attention.

After that day, you and Jungkook went to your parent's house almost everyday and Jungkook was always so excited to go there. 

Luna and Jungkook kept on talking with each other, giggling, chuckling. and laughing. You tried so hard but weren't able to make that bond between you and Jungkook. Some part of you made you feel insecure.

 The way they both looked at each other made you question inside your head,'do they like each other? Have they gained feelings for each other? Or maybe they liked each other even before our marriage...is that why he's so cold to me?

After almost two weeks, Jungkook started going to his office. Him being the CEO of a huge company was surely hard for him. He was so busy that he wasn't even able to give you time. He went to work early and came home late.

You both also used to fight a lot because of this, you told him not to overwork himself but he would never listen to you.

You both were in an argument last night too. It was the next day's evening and you waited for Jungkook to come home. You decided to go out with him for some time so maybe he can feel better. You knew he needed the fresh air. 

After a few minutes, the doorbell rang and you excitedly got up to get the door. The maid was about to open it but you insisted that you'd open it. 

As you opened the door, your smile faded away, it was Jungkook….with Luna
