Blame

Not really a nat one-shot. You get in a argument with Tony. It gets pretty dramatic.

Y/N's point of view
Everyone was in the meeting room talking about the mission that had failed. Tony was yelling and blaming whoever he wanted to because that's what he does.

"Oh my God! Do you ever stop blaming people!" You yelled at him making everyone look at you.

"What" He mumbled turning his head towards you.

"You blame everyone except you! Like it's never your fault!" You yelled again staning up.

"Because it's never my fault" He said.

"Yeah, like it's never Sam's fault. Or-or it's never Bucky's fault" You said pointing towards Sam and Bucky.

"What the hell are you talking about?" He said clearly confused. Everyone said nothing, wanting to know what was gonna happen next.

"Everytime a mission goes downhill you blame it on someone else and find a reason for it!" You said remembering every mission that failed.

"I don't do that!" He yelled getting defensive trying to convince himself that he doesn't do it.

"Yes you do, all the time. Remember when we were all fighting, you know team Cap and team Iron Man. Rhodey was shot out of the air and you blamed it on Sam" You pointed towards Sam. You briefly looked at Sam and saw him trying to remember that day.

"But it wasn't his fault. He still tried to apologize though, right? He apologized for not wanting to get hit with Vision's stupid pebble!" Everyone flinched at how loud you yelled. Tony's face went blank because he knew you were right. Peter looked straight at Vision and mumbled 'pebble?' to himself.

"Or what about that time you found out Bucky killed your parents. I mean yeah it was him, but it wasn't him. He was being brainwashed but that didn't matter to you. Do you even know how hard he tried to apologize and gain at least a little of your trust! You don't! Cause you leave when he come into the same room as you!" There was no stopping you now. They haven't seen you this angry. They actually never seen you angry. All of them were too scared to even try to stop you.

"But he still killed my parents!" Tony finally talked. Bucky looked down remembering everything the day he killed Tony's parent. Steve looked at Bucky and gave him a soft smile trying to calm him down.

"Ok, and you killed mine!" You yelled not even knowing what you had just yelled out. Tony's face dropped. Everyone didn't know what to do. They were thinking of leaving you two to talk or staying and making sure Tony stays alive.

"Wait, what?" Tony said.

"16 years ago. They were agents. They had a mission, a hydra one. It was a simple one. Just go in and get some files and come back out. But you. You just had to mess it up. You went there after you asked a random agent about it, and decided to go fuck it up." you said sarcastically slightly chuckling to yourself.

"But, there were no S.H.I.E.L.D agents, they were all hydra agents." He said not knowing who your parents were.

"They were undercover for fucks sake! You didn't even check anyone's identity or anything you just killed everyone you saw!" You yelled. You were furious. How could he have been so reckless on that mission.

"Bucky was brainwashed into killing your parents, you know he was but you're still mad at him. You weren't even drunk or anything and you killed them, but I was never angry or mad at you was I! I didnt even tell you until now cause I thought 'hey, it's fine he'll figure it out eventually' but it's been 16 years!" Peter left the room. He caught everyone attention accept you. You were still looking at Tony.

"Oh shit. Y/N, I'm so sorry" He said, finally apologizing for what he did.

"All you had to do was leave it alone. I was only 12" You said with tears welling up in your eyes. Tony tried to come up with something to tell you but you already left the room and was on your way to your room.

Everybody watched you leave the room then looked at Tony. He sat down in his chair rubbing his mouth trying to process everything you had yelled at him in the last 10 minutes. After a couple of seconds Steve told everyone to leave him alone for a couple of minutes and that's what they did. They all left Tony who was still thinking by himself.
While you were upstairs destroying everything in your room. They could all hear you screaming and throwing stuff.

"I'm going to go help her" Sam said standing up.

"No, leave her. She needs to let it all out. She's been holding it for so long." Steve said stopping him.

After a couple of minutes everything stopped. Your screams. The noises. That's when Nat silently stood up and walked to your room. She opened the door and saw you sitting on the floor with a bat by your side. She looked around and saw how you destroyed everything. The lamp by your bedside was broken and scattered on the floor. The mirror was broken in pieces. Your TV had a big hole in the middle. She sat down by you taking your hand in hers.

"I'm sorry" was all she said as you silently cried with your head on her shoulder. Once you finished crying she looked at you.

"How did you find out?" She said turning her head back at the wall.

"S.H.I.E.L.D always have agents record mission, remember" You said chuckling at the redhead.

"After of years of convincing Fury to show me the video he finally did. Sometimes I wish I never asked him for it" You said with your head still on her shoulder. After, You both sat there, in silence.
