Agent 8 finally climbed out when Shadow, Cap'n Cuttlefish, and Agent 3 teleported up.

"Whoa... so this is the surface." Agent 8 said.

Everyone 'except for Agent 3 since she's still knocked out' looked out to how close they were to Inkopolis.

"Agents..." Pearl said as everyone else looked in the sky to see the Off the Hook helicopters. "AGENTS! WE GOT YOU!"

Shadow, Agent 8, Cap'n Cuttlefish, and Agent 3 were now on the helicopter that Pearl and Marina were on.

"Phew...we can breathe easy now." Marina said relieved.

"Thanks for the lift." Shadow said.

"WE FLY HIGH, TOUCH THE SKY!" Pearl said rapping again.

"FIGHT HARD UNTIL THE DAY WE FRY!" Cap'n Cuttlefish said rapping as well.

"NO LIE WE DON'T QUIT, DON'T YOU FORGET!" Pearl continued.

"Here we go again..." Marina said as Shadow sighed.

"WE STAY FRESH, NEVER FROZEN!" Cap'n Cuttlefish continued.

"REIGN SUPREME LIKE THE ONES CHOSEN!" Pearl continued.

"*sigh* you guys..." Marina said.

Agent 8 saw from where they came out from rise up as Shadow saw her reaction.

"What are you looking at Agent 8?" Shadow asked as he saw what she was looking at. "Uh oh. This doesn't look good."

"Um... Are you guys seeing this?" Marina asked.

"... What...is...that?!" Pearl said in shock.

"That form... but they were said to have been destroyed so long ago. It's..." Cap'n Cuttlefish said recognized the statue's shape. "HUMAN! Huh? Not that phone again!"

Telephone was inside the statue but was covered in that weird teal Octarian Ink with a prototype Octoling body that looks like Shadow, but with neon teal instead of red, and light pale skin and no mouth.

"TARTAR IN DA HOUSE! [DISABLING CONTEMPORARY SPEECH MODE]" Telephone said as he is now Commander Tartar. "I am TARTAR, an AI construct created 12,000 years ago by a brilliant professor. My prime directive is to pass humanity's vast knowledge on to the next worthy lifeform. When your kind became self aware, I hoped that my long wait was finally over. But as I observed your evolution, I WAS DISGUSTED! You wage over minor genetic deviations. You obsess over trivial fashion choices. And so I created a new prime directive: destroy this world and start anew! From the best and brightest test subjects, I created a sludge of supreme DNA. A primordial ooze from which the ultimate lifeform will emerge. Today is the day my vision becomes reality, as I destroy Inkopolis and everyone in it!"

The statue's mouth opened up revealing a huge cannon made with 6 giant blenders.

"Yo... What the heck is that?!" Pearl said.

"Gimme a sec... I'm analyzing it." Marina said checking the status on the statue from her computer. "I'm picking up a massive amount of energy emanating from that statue."

"Uh... That doesn't sound good." Pearl replied.

"So, yeah... That statue is charging up enough energy to destroy the entire world." Marina explained.

"HOW DO WE STOP IT?!" Pearl said panicked.

"Hmm...let's see..." Marina checking how to stop Tartar. "The entire statue seems to be absorbing sunlight and converting it into energy."
