After exposing Jhon earlier and finding out that he's just faking his own personality to impress me. We're now currently working together as partners with no secrets hidden between each other.
"I'll ask again, what do we know about this case so far Jhon?", I asked.
"We don't really know the full details of everything yet. However, we do in fact know that, Jack the Ripper, does murder and molest women to satisfy his desires.", he replied.
"I see, it also says here that Jack doesn't just molest woman, he also tortures them. This picture serves as a proof of how he tortures a woman.", I said as I lent Jhon the picture that I was holding.
The picture had tools, but not just your daily tools. The tools are for torture, I can't really explain in detail what they are but the fact that most of the tools had blood on them serves as enough evidence.
"This is gruesome..", Jhon said as he was looking at the picture.
"I know.. But my question is.. Why would Jack want to torture, molest and kill woman?"
"Isn't it because he's just a psychopath who hates woman?"
"That could be it, but I feel like there's something more to this case.."
"I feel the same Ms. Watson.. Even though I already consider him a psychopath.."
Our conversation went on silent for a brief moment as I scattered every files on the table. Looking for a pattern that will lead us to the next step of our investigation.
Although he's identity is already revealed and his ways of eliminating woman has also been revealed, catching him is the only problem. The officers that once handled the case said that Jack moves from one place to another, making him almost impossible to capture.
But by 'almost impossible', it means that there's still a way to trap him.
"Got any clues yet Ms. Watson?", Jhon asked in order to break the silence.
"Not yet.. I kept on scanning these files but none of them hits the mark..", I said.
"I don't really know what you're doing but.. It seems like you're pretty serious."
"I should get serious, citizens are involved here. If Jack kills more woman, then that would be a problem.. Especially for me.."
"Yeah.. But I'm still sure about him being a psychopath.."
I chuckled a little because Jhon never stops hinting about Jack being a psychopath. But it may be true that he's just a dude who hates woman because of a childhood event.
"I noticed something Ms. Watson..", Jhon said as he tried to show me something.
"What is it?"
"Have you seen the names of the woman that he's killed?"
"Not yet, I'm about to look into it. Why?"
"Look at this.."
I looked at what Jhon lent me and the moment I scanned the first names.. I felt the chills crawl up to my spine.
"What the... Hell is this..?", I asked myself.
The first names of the woman who Jack has murdered.. Are all named Amelia.
"Creepy right..? I feel like he has an obsession with the name Amelia.. So you better be careful Ms. Watson..", Jhon said.
I kept on scanning the first names over and over again, but my eyes couldn't believe it.. My first name.. Is this a coincidence..? Is he onto something..? Is he perhaps... Targeting me..?
