New girl

~Elena's POV~
Hi, i'm Elena..Elena Jolie i just moved here to Minnesota from my hometown i've lived in for 15 years. My mom heard about this Academy and wanted me to go there so bad that we just had to move here. Honestly, it's not bad the sites are lovely and the weather isn't to bad either. If you had to ask anybody i personally know they'd tell you i'm just an average blonde girl with a "perfect" life. I will admit i have a good life but trust me it'll never be perfect i say that because well..my dad cheated on my mom a little while i after i was born then got shot during a drive by back in my hometown Sacramento California..Let's just say for a while i didn't live in the best part of Sac.. Anyways, i had woken up at 6:00 AM sharp because i'm NEVER late and if i was late on my first day at a new school that would be VERY embarrassing and a horrible impression. "Good morning universe" i said yawning and open my window for some sunlight to beam on me and my bedroom. 'what will miss Elena be wearing today..Monday August 17th 1996' i said to myself in my head. After contemplating on wearing a skirt or jeans for about 10minutes i ended choosing ripped jeans with a baby blue crop top and my white air force 1's. After i chose my outfit and brushed my teeth, did some very light makeup, and you know..normal things a teenage girl does in the morning. "Damn i look good" i said checking myself out in my body length mirror. After i did my little "routine" i went downstairs just to see my mom making breakfast "Good morning mom" i said as i walked to the kitchen table "Morning honey, i made you some pancakes" she said planting a soft kiss to my forehead "Soo are you excited" she said sitting beside me "Eh sorta i mean it's just school" i said putting a pancake in my mouth "Well i know but it's a new school" she said trying to show to bright side "yeah yeah i know" i said with a small grin on my face "Shit! Love you mom if i don't leave now i'm gonna be late!" i said giving her a hug and grabbing her car keys. I got my permit in Sac just to add that. I arrived to school not really nervous but not really not nervous either if that makes any sense. As i parked my car and got out of it i walked to my first period class but as i was walking there i kind of got lost so like any other normal person i asked the person closest to me for directions. "Umm..excuse me sir" i said tapping this boy who seemed to be around 6,0 when he turned around i saw the best sight i've EVER seen "sir? i'm just a freshman" he said laughing "it's the height isn't it" he asked jokingly "yeah" i said laughing with him "Well mamacita what can i help you with" the tall handsome boy asked "i need directions to classroom 465" i asked "oh i'm headed there now just follow me mamacita" he replied "well i have a name you know" i said rolling my eyes jokingly "You probably do..well what is it?" he replied "Elena, Elena Jolie but my friends call me El or Lena" i said back with a smile "Beautiful name Lena i'm Luis Mendoza" Luis said back "Ok mr.Mendoza" i said with a smirk "well here we are room 465" he said ending the conversation "thank you!" i said with a grin "Anything for you" he said with a smirk "My god" i said rolling my eyes playfully.
