It's been three weeks since anyone has seen Tsuki, and Aizawa is starting to get worried. Eraser and Hawks started their patrols early for the fifth time that week, trying to find the kid. It seems like the vigilante just vanished. The heroes aren't the only ones who noticed, either. Scores of villains have been parading the streets since Tsuki disappeared. The media is blaming the heroes for his disappearance. Aizawa wishes it was the heroes, because then at least he'd know where the kid went!
Eraserhead and Hawks apprehend more villains that night than they had the past few months combined. The heroes are exhausted, but they have to find Tsuki!
Suddenly, there is a crackle over the emergency intercom set up to alert people of natural disasters.
"I'm back, bitches!" it spews out. The voice is easily recognizable as Tsuki's modified one.
Eraser and Hawks look at each other and smile. He's back.

Tsuki, the headache of a vigilante he is, decides to hack into the city's emergency intercom to spread his message. This gets him even more pumped up for what was going to be an exciting night. The vigilante has been closely monitoring the increase in recent villain activity, and thought it would be smart to have them all out at once, ripe for the picking.
He runs out of his warehouse and uses a newly-made grappling hook to swing effortlessly through the city. He takes down villain after villain, leaving behind notes for Eraserhead with the count. Tsuki is at thirty-six when he comes across a large group of villains. There have to be at least ten of them. They are trying to break into a jewelry shop.
"Stop right there!" the vigilante shouts. His voice startles one of them so badly, they drop the pick they were trying to use to unlock the door.
"Scatter!" one of them shouts.
A slightly sadistic grin crosses the vigilante's face. Let the fun begin.
Tsuki drops a smoke bomb and puts on goggles that let him see through the dark cloud. He catches seven of the robbers that way. The smoke clears and he charges at another while simultaneously sweeping the legs of a different one. That leaves one more. The guy with the lockpick stares at Tsuki dumbfounded. The vigilante merely smirks and walks over to him.
The villain puts his arm out and a wave of dizziness suddenly crashes over Tsuki. The villain smiles and books it in the other direction. It must have been his quirk. Everything around him is spinning as Tsuki tries to retain his balance. He uses the wall to guide him as he stumbles in the direction of his warehouse. He's so disoriented that he doesn't even realize he's being followed.

Hawks and Eraserhead have been at it for several hours now. They've captured about fifteen villains collectively. Not too bad. It's been quiet for a while so Eraser asks Hawks to fly above the city to look for trouble. Hawks thinks Eraser just wants him to find Tsuki. Hawks wants to find him, too. The winged hero feels like he has things in common with the kid. Earlier when the heroes found him, his panic attack was really bad. Hawks remembers having those...
The hero is lost in thought for a while when he sees a group of ten villains trying to break into a jewelry store. He's about to swoop down when the familiar green vigilante takes them on. Hawks can't tell what's happening for a little while because of the smoke. He remembers getting caught up in that stuff. The smoke clears a bit and he sees seven of the robbers on the ground and tied up. Damn, that's impressive! Tsuki gets two more in one fell swoop and turns to the last one. The kid should have no problem going up against a skinny dude like him. At least, that's what Hawks was expecting. He was not expecting Tsuki to stagger backward and let the villain get away. What happened? Hawks knows he should go after the villain, but right now he's more concerned about Tsuki. Hawks sees him start walking down the road, leaning heavily against the wall for support. The hero could probably capture the kid easily in this state, but he wants to find out where he's going. He may be part hawk, but he doesn't have a bird brain!
