Aizhel's POV

At inilipat nga si Dwayne sa U.S ng gabing iyon.
My guts would never fail..
He was inside the rushing ambulance nga that night.

Hindi man lang kami nakapagpaalam.

And now it's been almost a month already since that terible day happened.
It's been almost a month since Dwayne's accident.
It's been almost a month but I didn't heard any update about Dwayne.

Walang buhay ang Brenton U sa buong buwan. Nothing much happened.
School-home-repeat.

what a boring month.

It's also been a month rin since I last saw Zein.

Isa pa to eh...

She moved all her classes to night shifts. The reason? Well I don't know. There's no gatherings and meetings ang student council after what happened kaya't hindi na kami nagkikita. All extra curricular activities for the month has been cancelled. Including Brenton U's Ultimate Music Festival of course. I don't have the guts naman na pumunta sa condo niya . I'm afraid kasi na baka ma invade ko ang personal space niya. And she needs it. She'll contact me right away if she needs company. I know I'm first in the list.

Zein Lee is very teritorial when it comes to personal space and privacy by the way.

Kaya't mahirap na..

Hindi naman ako masyadong nag-aalala sa kanya dahil sumasagot naman siya sa pangagamusta ko thru messenger.  Yun nga lang like lang ang reply o di kaya'y very short message like "oo" "oh" o di kaya'y "o".  Pero  okey lang yun, ang importante okey siya at ligtas. Hindi ko naman siya matawagan o ma text thru personal number kasi baka nag change ng sim card o di kaya'y phone. And I don't have her new number yet.

Social media updates niya? nah nevermind..

She doesn't post anything sa lahat ng social media accounts niya from the moment she installed it.  She doesn't even have profile in all of her accounts..

Gad! What a taong bundok.

Kahit nothing usual naman. I know she's isolating herself from everything. Isolating onceself from everything is the biggest form of self healing.

So I kinda understand her naman.
Yun nga lang di ako makagala kasi di naman ako pinapayagan nila mommy pag di daw kasama si Zein. Gad! she's not my bodyguard mom omg! But yeah  dahil nga sinanay ng parents ko na nakabuntot ang good influence ko raw na bestfriend palibhasa scholar, I feel like hindi na nga ako komportable sa mga party pag hindi kasama si Zein.

But I should correct my parents to stop generalizing na all scholars are good students and are good influence. Minsan they should look at me. How rare I am. charot 

"Hello-hello sound check.."

Nahinto ako sa aking pagisip-isip while reading.. charot lang hindi talaga ako nagbabasa kunwari lang baka kasi ma kick-out ako dito sa library. Bawal ang natutulog rito. But then yeah..I stop sa kung ano man ang ginagawa ko hearing some announcement I guess..

"Good day students, faculties and staffs.. Ladies, gentlemen and fellow.. Jared James Jhonson speaking, the acting president of Brenton U Student Council..."

Klaro sa buong campus ang boses ni Jared mula sa malalaking announcement speaker ng school at bawat classroom.

Ano na namang paandar ang gagawin ng pabidang asungot na to!
