A/n: Y/n L/n was once a member of Neo Tiger General's army, but he hated the idea of his attempts of world domination by illegally conquering dozens of small countries for the highest bidder. He eventually became a traitor the entire tiger army and later became a vigilante in Neo Creation City as the infamous killer, The Neon Mercenary, who only kills anyone that rather use their talents for fame and money instead of using them for the greater good for the society and people's entertainment. During one of his vigilante missions, he eventually encounters the Neo Tiger Army's greatest enemy, Neo Fliqpy and he seems to have an interest of becoming something else more than just enemies and he will show no remorse to his equal to do so.
A/n #2: Neo Fliqpy is from the short-lived Friday Night Funkin' Neo Mod that was later trashed after the demo of the mod was released because of the note chart for the mod was completely offbeat with the music in the background. If anyone that has the creative talent to bring the mod back to all Friday Night Funkin' Fans to be better and ever than before, that would be really great to both Friday Night Funkin' and Happy Tree Friends Fans alike.

On a cold, dark night here at a nearby alley in Neo Creation City, where some of the most dangerous criminals here commit the most awful crimes here at the dead night like drug dealers, rapists and even the most commonly crooks you will ever meet, has just got a police report tonight about another homicidal murder that was caused by a mysterious vigilante, who has a hatred for people that he deems as "Gold Diggers", "Con Men" or "Fakes and Frauds" when it comes to the world of entertainment or other people's creative talents.
The police reported about the victim's death, who it turns out to be a guy selling illegal drugs to people around the street instead of an innocent child or a normal person for it was the work of the infamous evil killer, Neon Mercenary, a Class-A Anti-Villain and killer for hire with a 3 Million bounty on his head, who has a hobby of killing every known criminal in the entire city that he deems as a fake or a wanted criminal that gives "creativity" everywhere a very bad name.
He hated the idea of people using their special talents as well as their true potential to simply gain "Fame and Glory" and "Cold, Hard Cash" rather than using them for the greater good for the society and people's own entertainment such as having the dream of becoming a professional rapper or a talented artist as he believes that killing that kind of evil that poses as some kind of infection that is killing off creativity and he has proven himself to be the cure to cleanse the entire city from the all the crooks and criminals and their uncreative talents. His noble acts of being an evil-killing vigilante shows everyone in the entire city of how creativity should be treated in a proper way instead of using it to stroke their own ego or fill up their bank account, which made anyone who praises his actions as fans can relate to.
He can also work in assassinations, but will only work on his own terms and if anyone tries to murder him if he refuses their offer no matter how much money or anything useful for him he was given by his employers, he would kill them all in one fell swoop, which is why his skills and actions can not be denied. He also refuses to join forces with other evil organizations and would rather work alone despite how other villains see him as a powerful and useful ally to their own teams.
