Outside the house
Yuki's POV
Walking straight to the bus stop,going through my phone,reading some random article that is entitled "A 16 year old girl got raped and killed"..."Maybe I should be a bit cautious when I am going out alone"...a thought in my mind said.As I waited for the bus to arrived,the person that I wanted to see me texted me,
"Can't wait to see you"..she said
"Me too"I replied with a ^-^
A few minutes has passed and the bus just arrived.When I was texting and at the same time finding a place to seat, I bump into someone who I think is tall and quite the body fit..I guess.
"Sorry"I answered really quick without looking at the person.
"It's fine"the person answered back,leaving a strong but sweet scent.
"I know that person!"...a thought in my mind said,but when I tried to look back at the person....the person wasnt there anymore.For some reason,the thought of thinking about that person will haunt me for a while."uuuhhhgggg" ,that moment that you have to remember something that you do not remember.
A few minutes of waiting and patience,the bus finally reach the destination.
"Thank you",I said to the bus driver with a smile.
"You are very welcome",he answered back.
After getting off the bus,I went straight to the cafe,where SHE was waiting.When I reached the front door of the cafe,I took a deep breath just to let out all the nervousness from finally meeting her after all this years that has been passing by;and I open the door.I saw her sitting there,scrolling through her phone,eating her favorite lava cake with full cream ice cream and top it with a cherry on top.
"That's her alright"I said as a smile goes through my face.As I go closer where she was sitting,she notice me and quickly ran to me."Yuki!!,..Oh my goodness,is this really you....Ohhh,it has been a long time that I've seen you,I miss you so much"she said while hugging me and starts saying a lot more things.
"I miss you too Miyu"I answered back as we both let go of our hug.Miyu is one of my friends whom I really trust,well sure I have a lot more friends that has been with me,but some of them just hate me for who I am,or in other words,fake friends..
As I sat down at the opposite chair,in front of Miyu.We both look through the menu to order something.As we are done picking the food that we wanted from the menu,Miyu called out for the waiter."Yes,will you like to order something"the waitress asked."Yes,um,I will liked Iced Cappuccino with more whipped cream please"Miyu answer the waitress."What about you Yuki"Miyu asked."Just hot latte for me"I answered the waitress with a smile.The waiteress write down the order on her notepad before looking at us back"Just be back in a second"the waitress said before going into the kitchen.A few minutes after that,our drinks have arrived to our table.
We both start talking about random stuff or things that has happen in our life,but the main reason why were both suppose to meet is that Miyu wanted to tell me something.
Between some random topic, I asked "So Miyu,what did you want to tell me,well you did said it in the message,so what is it?.When Miyu heard what I said,her expression just changed,she wasn't happy anymore,she looks more gloomy and depressed,she wasn't like her usual self.
"Maybe we should go somewhere else" I said,standing up.Well Miyu didn't say anything,she only nods to my question.
After paying the bills for our drinks,we exited the cafe.We both kept walking with out any idea to go to,until I saw a garden filled with beautiful flowers,the garden also contains a gazebo that looks really old but still in a good condition.
"What about we go there"I said to Miyu,pointing my finger to the gazebo that is surrounded by flower and some other structures.She took a glanced at the area that I was pointing and she looked back down,she wasn't interested into going to that place."Oh,come on Miyu"I said as I was pulling her hand and drag her to the gazebo,well I know that she is in a bad mood,is not that I don't care about her thoughts that she is going through right now,I do care,it is just that I want her to not think those thoughts now and see the beautiful scene around us.
We both sat down at the gazebo,after a while,Miyu seems to calm herself down,and started to realized the beautiful scene around us.
Her mouth was wide open since just now,still in dazed because of the scenery around us,I giggled.I close her mouth and said "Dude,don't open your mouth for too long,if you do,a fly might enter your mouth" I smiled.
She just grin to my saying,and then laughed."Pfft,a fly will enter my mouth!?"she laugh again."Whats so funny about it,its true you know"I said.And the day just keep going as we both kept laughing to some random and stupid topics,and it seems that the main thing we should talk about,wasnt the main thing anymore.
"Hey,its getting late now,my mom will be worried if I came home late" I said to Miyu."Oh really,okay then...,I should get home to,don't want my parents to think if I am in danger or anything"she giggled."Yeah,you're right"I said as I was waving goodbye to her.
"Bye"she shouted."Bye" I shouted back.As we both parted ways,I just remembered the thing that she wanted to tell me.I turned my back and shouted,"Miyu!"
"Yes!"
"I forget to ask you something"
"What is it!"
-still shouting at each other-
"You told me that there was something important that you wanted to tell me!"
"Oh"She thinks for a while
"I'll tell you tomorrow"she smiled
"Oh,okay then,see you tomorrow then,bye!"I waved
She waved back at me like a 5 year old kid,and still showing her smile.
"She never change huh"I giggled.While walking,I felt something weird happening somewhere in my body,it felt like something bad might happen,but to that thought,I just shrugged it off."Yuki,don't think that way,or else something bad will happen"I put my two palms at my face.
Little did I know,I never knew my instinct was right.
