Miraculous Ladybug inspired- An Adrian and Marinette relationship, but James Potter and Regulus Black. Pretty much a helpful death eater Reg and an Order member James (both with hidden identities) going Horcrux hunting. Reg is in love with James Potter, but James is in love with the death eater persona.
Seer!Regulus Black who knows about his death. (Either make it canon divergent pre-Hogwarts or make him have recorded all his visions in a book/ memory vial-thingy and have Sirius find it when cleaning out his room. (Black brother angst is my guilty pleasure, and this idea reeks of it)
In which Pandora Lovegood dies early, and like the total badass she is, drags canon along with her. (Regulus Black finds out about Horcruxes earlier, and drags the Marauders along with his to Horcrux hunt)
Regulus A. Black is reincarnated as Sasuke Uchiha. (Pretty much just Regulus dealing with his own deeply ingrained family issues and how his previous life leads to him dealing with the Uchiha massacre)
