Key: (P/Y/M/F) - Place you moved from.

Even crying children would offer their souls to him...

Yet when you where a child and you cried in his presence you never once offered your soul to him, nor did he ask for it. Then again, you didn't know what he actually was, no he wasn't human, and you knew that. Never in a million years would you have thought, that your child hood companion for god knows how long... was a Reaper.

But, let us start from the beginning shall we?

It was a clear sunny day it was, the sky was cloudless the day the boat you and your parents lived on for, well, you didn't know how long you where on that boat, but it was long enough that you where happy to be able to stand on the solid ground of London.

You where young at the time, five to seven years young. Your parents where middle class, your mother worked in a factory, while your father worked by making train tracks. Times where hard in (P/Y/M/F) and your parents decided it would be best to move closer to family.

Sacrifices had to be made however, most of the money they have saved was now gone, along with all of your furniture, a few clothing items and all of your toys. What you could take with you was clothing, and a suit case to hold said clothing, nothing more. Your aunt sent some money to help pay for the expensive trip that took you across the sea where you spent your days feeling nauseous from the movement of the boat. Your mother had to take you into your shared room and try and calm you down- many times.

This trip that would change your life cost your parents all they had.

The dock was crowded with civilians who where ether leaving the boat, or boarding it. People would occasionally step on your scruffy old boots, and you would glare at them, not that they noticed; you where still to short to make eye contact with them.

"Oh my, it certainly is chilly isn't it?" Your mother commented as she lifted her bag off the ground. Your father made a noise of agreement as he grabbed for your suit case as well, leaving you with nothing to carry. "Yes it is dear, now, where did you say your sister was going to be waiting for us? I cannot see her in this large crowed!"

"Well she said she would be waiting for us on the edge of the dock." Your mother shielded her eyes from the glare of the sun and stood on the tips of her toes looking over the crowed. "But I don- Oh there she is! Hello (Aunts Name)!" Your mother called out in joy.

From far away you could hear a similar sound of joy and your mothers name being called out. Not long after a woman, who was a bit shorter than your mother approached you all, and you recognized her immediately.

"Well hello dear sister, brother, (Yourname)! Do you remember me hun?" She bent down to your height and gave you a bone crushing hug, to which you tried to come out of, with no luck. "Y-yes I do remember you, your my aunt." You smiled at her and she squealed. "You are so adorable! How are you liking London so far?" The question made your frown at her however, "Well, I was sick on the boat, and I don't have my toys with me, and my friends are not here with me nether." You felt like crying at that moment, you didn't have toys and you didn't have friends...

Giving you a secretive smile your aunt hugged you once more, than released you. "Well don't worry, it will all be worth it in the end! Just you wait." She poked your little nose and stood straight up once more.

You hoped what she said was true, but you had your doubts.

Your father cleared his throat, (he had a habit of doing that) "Well, I'm not sure about you three but I would like to be inside before it rains." You looked up at the sky, how could it rain? The sky was so clear.
