Chapter 2: Helping Shion Settle Down in Her New Life

Y/N POV

By the time now we were inside my house, i was watching both girls digging in their plates with Tenshi not wasting any amount of time to stuff her mouth full

Y/N:"Geez calm down..." I said looking at the hungry girl who didn't take a second to break

Tenshi:"Showy, can't help ich!"

Y/N:"And don't talk with your mouth full..."

Shion was being the opposite to Tenshi, calmed and a slow eater, as if she wanted to savor each bite...with a delighted look at that

Tenshi:"Oi Y/N- *gulp* she sure seems inside her own world"

Y/N:"Glad to know i have that kind of effect"

Shion noticed our glances and swallowed before speaking up

Shion:"D-did i do something wrong?" She said with concern in her voice

Tenshi:"If enjoying yourself was illegal, you'd be in jail for more than thirty years!..shall we start with the puni-"

Before she could finish, i used her own sword to bonk her head

Y/N:"She means you're fine, feel free to ask for seconds" I reassured the goddess

Shion:"Okay...thanks again" With that, she resumed her eating session

Tenshi glared at me for half a second before returning her attention to her plate. Seeing both girls enjoying themselves, i planned out how to make this sudden change work

Y/N: So...i have a goddess inside my house, and she needs a place to stay but she can bring bad luck to whoever's near her- excluding me -i'd need to see what she's comfortable with...

I examined her looks from top to bottom, seeing her damaged clothes, her long, blue hair and her blue eyes

Y/N: For such a girl to run such misfortune...now i get why many don't want to reincarnate... "Oi Shion" I called to get her attention"

Shion:"Hmm?"

Y/N:"If you want i can get you something new to wear, since your clothes are...damaged to say the least"

She looked at herself, seeing the patches that seemed to be covering scratches on her clothes

Shion:"I'm fine with these, they still work after all"

Y/N:"I suppose, but you can ask me if you change your mind"

She nodded and once again resumed to eat

Tenshi:"If you want her to move in, you'll need a safe place for her to sleep in" Said Tenshi leaning in

Y/N:"I'm aware of everything, thank you"

Tenshi:"I'm also a girl, i know what she would like-"

Y/N:"Well i don't really consider you as a girl if we're talking about personality and likings" My words seemed to have triggered something whatsoever

Tenshi:"Ha!? Whatever do you mean!?"

Y/N:"I get you're a Celestial too and all, but your way of acting as such is...not the one many have"

Tenshi:"You're aware i'm not like other girls, right? I'm stronger, more powerful and braver than-!"

Y/N:"Exactly that's why i didn't ask you, because you're nothing like the girls are"
