Entry #4- Familliar

"Take out your assignments and exchanged it in 5 turns, ready?" Our science teacher instruct us as soon as she step inside our classroom. She wears her more formal than usual outfit. What event is she gonna attend today?

"Dang, I thought she'd forget about that" my seatmate hurriedly copies my last chemistry equation. I just watch how his writing becomes a chaos.

"What do you expect? Out of all the teacher in our department, she's the only one who's strict in academics." I reply to his rant. "Copy it as fast as you can or she's gonna catch us." I added.

He just shrug and slam the table as soon as he's done. The teacher turned to our direction so I look away while he reasoned out his act. Our classmates' head turned to him with questions written on their faces.

"I--I, there's a mosquito! Right! Stupid mosquitoes,  making a bite to my precious hands. You'd deserve to die!" He act as if there's really a mosquito in front of him. "Im sorry for the disturbance ma'am." He apologized.

I chuckled a little when the teacher raises her brows then aim her attention the her lesson plan. Adam poke me, giving me a glare. I giggle even more!

"Shut up Shion! She'll catch us!" He shrieked like a squeal of a mouse from being stepped.

"Yeah, yeah." I just cover my mouth, suppressing my giggles.

"Ready to exchange in 5 turns, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5." She counted while we exchange our papers."Write your name as the corrector." The teacher instruct.

"First five in your attendance sheets, come up here and answer the five equations each."

Adam stod up giving me a worried look. I just give him a smile and mouthed 'fighting' as he look back at me.

"Let's see how far you understand your copied assignment Adam." I snickered. He starts to scrabble equations on the white board as seriously as he can. He paused from time to time as if calculating something. Once his done, he place the marker to the teacher's table and face us with a smirk, especially to me.

"Good job Adam, go back to your seat. You two there, what makes you think that your answers we're right? Aren't you forgetting something?" My two other classmates erase their equations then start again. Adam got back to my side with a his heads up. He sure is proud, haha!

I was gonna tease him when he felt a vibration in his chest pocket. I just know that it's his cellphone that made a sound bacause I've seen him putting his phone in a vibrate mode. He got his phone and make an impression rare to me. It's as if his excited but disturbed at the same time.

"You okay?" I snap him.

"Yeah, more than ever." He said seriously. Now that's rare, the Adam I know rarely makes his serious face. His a carefree and a gullible person so getting serious contradicts his attitude. There must be something bad happened to what the message contains.

"You got time?" He ask, turning to me. Now that I looked closely to his eyes, he had this brownish- almost red colored eyes. I stare into it more. Why do I feel like I'm being drawn to his?

"Hey, check the paper in front of you, we have something to do." He snapped me back to reality.

"Oh, y-yeah." I eyed the paper in front of me and check it, blinking. As soon as I'm done, a hand took mine. I followed it and found Adam's straightened face raising his other hand so the teacher would notice. I just noticed how pale his skin is. Is he always like this pale?

"Yes, Mr. Flavione?"

"Can we go outside ma'am? My gaurdian just text me to meet him out side. I'm gonna bring Shion since her mother has something to gave her too. He said it's time." A familliared look has painted on her face as if she already understood what he said. A secret message perhaps?

"Hmm, okay but hurry. We still have a quiz after this." She respond while looking her watch on her wrist. Adam nod while my classmates grunt because of the quiz she said after.

"Where are we going Ad?" He just drag me along, still holding my hand.

"You'll know once we get there." He got out of the gate, luckily the guards are out of sight now, we can get pass the gate without being seen. We arrived at the school's parking lot and motion me to take the other helmet on his motorbike.

"You said we'll meet your gaurdian? Why are we riding your bike? " I asked while he handed me the helmet. When I refuse to recieve it, he force to wear it on my head.

"You will know soon. For now, just follow me." Here he goes again with his oh-so-rare serious tone. What's up with him?

"Make sure this is worth it. Im gonna hide all my assignments so that you can't copy them when we end up in the guidance office after this!" He didn't answer, instead he ride his bike.

"What are you waiting? Wanna waste time just staring at me?" Now his back on his cocky side. "Hop on!"

I followed him, still bewildered on what's happening to him right now. "Im not staring!" I pinched him on his side making him flinch a little.

"What was that for?!"

"Just shut up and drive so we'll get this over with."

He then started the engine and I just found myself at the outskirts of our town.
