Chapter 36

Raiko POV

Karen open the door and preparing herself to shoot ngunit kusa na lamang itong bumukas. Karen gun was ready to shoot. Aerron my cousin jump back when he saw the gun was pointed at him.

"Ibaba mo yan kanluran. Baka maiputok mo yan mamamatay ako" eksaherado niyang ani habang dahan-dahang ibinababa ang baril na nakatutok sa kaniya.

"What are you doing here?" Karen asked him.

"Command by Aiiaa's father" hingal niyang  sagot. Tinignan ko si Aiiaa habang nag tataka. Why is her father commanded my cousin to be here. At bakit naman kaya.

"Don't think that way Mr. Rumulo. My father was good. And I know he has his reason why he send Ae here" nakataas ang kilay niyang saad.

"Wala dito ang kapatid mo. I already search the area and I didn't find any trace of your sister West. Maybe they didn't get your sister"

"Siya lang alam kong may sama ng loob sa akin!" Karen was frustrated and so do I.

My wife is missing. Where did they put my wife. I promise. When I saw even small bruise in my wife's skin I'll kill those who did it. Why wife suffer too much pain and they dare to touch her with her filthy hand.

"Think for another person who has grudge in your family West. I think this is not about you being an agent. I think this has to do with your family. After all Vicente's are wealthy and powerful family. Baka may taong gustong gumanti sa inyo" Wesley told Karen. Maybe they are right. Hindi ito tungkol sa propesyon ni Karen. Tungkol ito sa pamilya niya.

"Kaaway ng lalaking iyon? How dare he. Dinamay niya pa kaming mga anak niya. Hindi niya naman nga kami pinahalagahan pagkatapos mapapahamak pa kami. Damn him" she shouted. Dali-dali siyang pumasok sa sasakyan bago pinaharurot iyon paalis. Wesley rub my back and so my cousin do. Aiiaa on the other hand walk towards the near car and enter at the back seat.

"Come on Rumulo. Hahanapin natin ang asawa mo. Be quick. Baka may mga galos na iyon" she said before locking the door.

Larissa POV.

I open my eyes slowly. A dim light welcome me. Walang sikat ng araw at walang ano mang bakas ng bahay namin. I try to sit but I fail. Sobrang nahihilo pa ako at masakit pa ang katawan ko. I am lying in a soft queen size bed. I try to sit up again and  succeed. I roam my eyes around and see nothing but a blank room. Walang kahit ano liban sa kamang kinalalagyan ko at ako. The door open and a man walk towards me with a smirk.

"Finding your dad sweetheart?" he asked me but I refuse to answer. I don't have a father. No one stand to be my father. I'm just a daughter of my mom. That's the end.

"Why so quiet huh Larissa? You always smile. Where is it now? Nawala na ba?" muli niyang tanong sa akin ngunit hindi ko siya muling sinagot.

"Sumagot ka!" He shouted and slapped me hard. He hold my jaw tightly while making me look at him. I want to scream. I want to cry. I badly want to run but I couldn't.  I can't. Hindi ko alam kung nasaan ako ay mas lalong hindi ko alam kung paano makakalabas sa kwartong ito.

Kahit na nais kong mag salita ay pinigilan ko ang aking sarili.  As long as he can get information to me he won't stop asking.

"Come on answer me!" he shouted again.

"I don't have a father." I answer. Tila nag bago ang itsura niya ng mapansing nasasaktan ako.

"How is he being a father? Is he treating my son right?" lumuwang ang pag kakahawak niya sa aking panga habang nag hihintay ng aking sagot.
