"FINE!" shouted the kid grasping that opportunity and using it.

"H-huh?"

"I SAID FINE! KATSUKI BAKUGO YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE MADE MY LIFE SHIT AND YOU'RE RIGHT I HAVE NOTHING TO LIVE FOR! BUT NOW I HAVE SOMETHING TO DIE FOR! I ALWAYS PLANNED ON DYING BY MY OWN HAND, BUT I DECIDED NOT TO DO IT UNTIL I WAS SURE I COULD BRING YOU DOWN WITH ME! WHEN I DIE IT'S GOING IN YOUR RECORD AND YOU WILL NEVER BECOME A HERO! YOU DESERVE THIS!" Izuku, who hadn't talked until then. Slapped a note on the desk. As you can assume this is a suicide note. A note that he has been updating since he first got the thought at the early age of 11. He always kept it around and now he got to use it. The only reason the bullies didn't try to stop him from running to the roof is they couldn't move. Izuku didn't know this but in his fit of anger he unlocked a power long forgotten for over 100,000 years before christ was even a thing. Haki, Izuku had just used conquerors haki against his bullies and as soon as he left they fainted. Izuku rushed towards the school roof and climbed the fence as fast as he could, and when he finally got to the top he just jumped. He has never been more at peace as the wind whistled in his ears and the ground came closer.

"Good Riddance! You unjust fucking world see you never again!"

"AAAAAAAAH! WTF THAT'S DEKU!" shouted a girl who was leaving the school

"SOMEONE CALL THE COPS!" shouted a boy that was walking with her, soon enough the cops were called and the evidence including the note was retrieved.

3 Months Later

It was a sunny day, mockingly sunny. Almost as if the world was laughing at the sadness the day was filled with. A couple of things had happened. The authorities read Izuku's note which detailed the way he was abused by Katsuki, being such and explicit note and filled to the brim with truths, naturally the government tried to cover it up. But that didn't seat right with Inko. She released the content to the note into the media successfully starting riots all over the world. Basically removing any chance Katsuki had at becoming a hero or becoming anything at all. Today is a sad day because it's Katsuki's trial. Inko had collected a lot of money from donations that she used to pay the best lawyer she could find and trust. The lawyer had collected enough evidence to not only win the case but also bring down the school and make an impact on the whole world. Because this was such a big event the United Nations sent an un-biased Judge and Jury.

"All rise for the honorable judge Frederick," the people inside the court room rose up as the judge sat down.

"Sit down, sit down, Let's get this started already! The offence may begin, do you have any evidence?" said the judge sitting down. The court following.

"Yes sir," says Inko's Lawyer handing all the evidence to the guard which is then passed to the Judge and then displayed on a screen. "The first piece is the note from the victim, the second is tapes from the school halls that show the bullying happening, and the third are papers from forensics that show wounds in the body that where already there before the fall,"

"And what are your demands?" asked the Judge, this time Inko spoke.

"I have known Katsuki for longer than he remembers so I was surprised by the things inside the notes, and while I want to hate him I just can't. His quirk is fit for a hero but his personality isn't. That's why my demands are: I don't want this to affect if he goes to a hero school or not, I want him to start going to therapy every day paid by the government until he is able to solve his issues, I want the people that let it happen fired, I want a written apology and overall I want him to try his best to be hero not for fighting but for Izuku it was his dream after all. This is the least I can ask for."

"Alright, thank you. Now do you have any testimonies?"

"Yes your honor, Katsuki Bakugo," said the lawyer, Bakugo stood up and went to sit down, he placed his hand over a copy of the notes that Izuku wrote.

"I swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth," he stated

"Is it true that you bullied the victim to suicide?" questioned the lawyer

"Yes sir," said Katsuki looking down, a gasp echoes the court room

"Can you tell me exactly what you told him the last time you saw him? Word by word." said the lawyer.

"I said, "Look Deku, we all know you can't be a hero, not just because you're quirkless, but also because you can't swim at all. I would say give up but you won't listen so I'll actually give you advise. If you wan't a quirk that bad then I have a great idea. Why don't you go up to the roof of a building pray that you get a quirk in your next life and just jump! I mean what else are you gonna do? We all know that quirkless have nothing to live for anyway!" after this the other two that were there Teyasa and Furura snickered, De-He shouted "Fine" and then from one moment I fainted, next thing I know I'm in an Police unit and my hands are cuffed." explained Katsuki with detail, tears streaming down his face and his voice struggling to stay normal."

"I confess and accept all charges. I will meet all demands and more if required," said Katsuki

"Guess that's it then, The Jury and the Judge find you guilty of all charges and apart from the demands you will have to do 6 months of community work. This will go inside your permanent record but a note will be added that a hero school can't reject you because of this situation alone, the note will not be added until your therapist gives you the clear. I declare this case, closed!" said the Judge smacking his hammer.
