I was dragging my dusty feet along with my exhausted body. I had to admit, I was COMPLETELY disoriented in the last place I wanted to be. The burning, scorching hot Sahara Desert. I yawned, carelessly fell to my knees. I groaned very loudly. "HEEELP!" I yelled. I knew no-one would hear me, but it was worth a try. Suddenly, I froze. Even though the big, bright sun was directly in my eyes, I saw something ahead of me shimmering in the distance. I dashed towards it, but each step felt like it was just becoming further away. Soon enough, I actually stepped foot at my destination. I was so relieved. It was a small pond of water! Sure it had some old leaves and twigs, but I was so parched. I speedily guzzled down the water, in need of it. Eventually it started to get dark. My camels bumped my sore back and led me to safety. I saw a strange unknown figure hiding behind me. I solved a riddle of his, then he agreed to show me the way back home, in the city. Hours and hours passed but we luckily ended up reaching my home. Before I could say bye to the figure, he ran off. At least I was home with my family again.
