Bailey's P.O.V.

* Late That Night* (it's the same day as the last chapter)
I decided to take a walk around Mystic Falls. I went downstairs and told Damon where I was going.
Me: Damon I'm going for a walk.
Damon: Ok, Squirt just be careful.
Me: I will.
I walked out the door and after a while of walking I went to the park and sat on the swing. I looked over and saw a drunk guy about Elena's age walk over and sat on the swing next to me. He was holding a beer bottle.
?: How could she do this to me?
He obviously didn't see me sitting next to him.
?: And with him.
His face was red and he squeezed the bottle until it broke. 
?: Shi*t.
I then noticed how it cut his hand. He was bleeding really badly. I had a blood bag earlier but that wasn't enough to satisfy me. I kept looking at his hand and fought my urges to drink his blood, but the more his hand bled the more I could feel my fangs coming out and my veins appearing under my eyes. It got to the point where I couldn't fight it anymore. I quickly got off the swing and dug my fangs into his neck. I kept drinking until he was dry. I then realized what I was doing and let go, but he was already dead. He dropped to the ground and I just looked at him with tears in my eyes.
What have I done?
I ran off before anyone saw me. 

Stefan's P.O.V

I was heading home from Elena's when I saw an ambulance by the park and two guys with someone in a body bag on a gurney. I used my vampire hearing to hear what they were saying.
Guy1: Look's like another animal attack.
Guy2: Except this time they killed him.
As soon as I heard this I vampire sped home and looked for Damon.
Me: DAMON!

He came out of the living room with a glass of whisky in his hand.
Damon; Yes? He said with that smirk on his face.
Me: You killed him didn't you?
He looked confused.
Damon: Killed who?
Me: That guy tonight. You killed him.
Damon: I don't know what you're talking about, Stefan. I haven't left the house. 
Me: Well if it wasn' t you then.... Where's Bailey? I said hoping that what I thought was wrong.
Damon: She went for a walk. Damon said his eyes going wide once he realized what I was thinking.
Damon: You don't think.
Me: I don't know. Look upstairs see if she came home. I'll look down here.
Damon used his vampire speed to go upstairs and I looked all over downstairs and couldn't find her. I then heard Damon yell for me. I real quick ran upstairs to find Damon in Baileys room holding something.
Me: What's that?
Damon:Bailey's daylight ring. He said looking at it.
I then realized what she was doing.
Me: She's going to kill herself.
Damon: What? He said this time looking at me.
Me: Damon think about it. When she was human Bailey refused to hurt anyone because she would feel guilty if she did and if she did she would find someway to make it even. She just killed someone the guilt is 1000 times stronger and she is going to find a way to make it even. He died slow and painfully and that's what she intends to do.
Damon: We have to find her.
Me: Yeah, and we have to find her fast because the sun will be coming up soon.
Damon and I both ran out of the house and went our separate ways. After a while of looking I finally found Bailey sitting outside the high school crying into her hands.
Me: Bailey?! I asked looking down at her as I slowly walked over to her

She looked up at me tears still running down her face.
Bailey: Go away, Stefan. 
Me: Now why would I do that? I asked as I sat next to her eyes never leaving me.
Bailey: Because I'm a monster. 
Me: No you're not.
Bailey: I killed someone, Stefan. Damon might be able to live with it but I'm not Damon. I need to make it right. He died slowly and painfully and that's how I intend to die.
Me: You can't kill yourself.
Bailey: Why not?
Me: Because if you died Damon and I will spend the rest of our lives feeling empty and miserable.
Bailey: You two will get over it just like you did with Katherine.
Me: Are you kidding? Bailey, trust me. It won't be like Katherine.
Bailey: How do you know that?
Me: Because Katherine lied about who she was. You never did. Except just now when you said you're a monster.
Bailey: If I'm not a monster then what am I? She asked still crying.
Me: You want to know who you are? You're the kindest, most loving, caring, honest and friendly girl ever. But most importantly you're the most amazing baby sister ever.And if you died Damon will lose it for good and I would probably follow you. Bailey please don't do this. 
Bailey: I have to Stefan. I'm sorry I can't live with the guilt. 
Once she said this the sun started rising and shining on us. Bailey started burning and screaming. I quickly grabbed her and took her into the shadows. I then texted Damon telling him where we were still holding Bailey and told him to hurry up. Not a minute later he was here and put Bailey's ring back on her finger and she fell on her knees bawling her eyes out.Damon and I both  kneeled down and hugged her with tears in ours eyes just happy that we stopped her in time.
