The Beginning

*Yawn* " I can finally go home," the man said in a very tired manner while walking on the sidewalk. When he reached the pedestrian lane and he saw that the light is green so he continued to walk but when he is about to reach the other side a jeep hit him at a very high speed. Before he could even react a very bright light engulfed him and took him into a white void

" Wait, Wh-what happened? " he said as he observed his surroundings he saw a woman sitting on a chair while listing something. The man approached the woman as he gets closer he saw that the woman had a halo on top of her head and had beautiful white hair.

"He-hello can I ask where am I? " The woman look at him and smiled after this the man had a cold sweat and had aggressive thoughts
' Am I dead and will be judged if I will go to heaven or hell?! '

" Hello chosen one," she said while smiling ' Wh-what chosen one ' the woman started to talk again " I know that you have a lot of questions. But don't worry because I will carefully explain what exactly your situation you're in "

After that, she carefully explains what happened. She said that every twenty years one person on earth will be forcefully summoned to another world and every person will summon to one world meaning I will not encounter people like me. Then she shows me the list of people that have already been summoned ranging from monkey-like humans to modern men. I also saw that cause of our deaths was being hit by a high-speed object, the most recent was a person that have a Japanese name and was hit by a truck.

While I was looking at the list the woman has to stare at me for quite a time now.

" What? Did I have something on my face? " I asked instantly snapping back the woman from reality " Are you not upset you're forcefully summoned "

" Well not really, My parents died when I was young and grew up in an orphanage I was treated fairly there and manage to get a scholarship and have no one to back with in the first place. " I replied

" I'm not close to the orphanage staff but I'm sad that I have no more chance to repay them and some of my friends will be upset at my unexpected death. "

" I see " the woman simply replied it was pretty awkward after that.

" Hey, I know that we have already been in here for a few minutes and I haven't still known your name. " I asked breaking the silence

" Oh, My apologies my name is Odessa the goddess that helps the chosen ones how about you?"

" My name is Ferdinand Alfonso Jacinto y Cruz and Alfie for short btw nice to meet you " I replied

" That was quite a long name "Then we continued the talk mainly about the world I will be summoned to.

" So are you ready? "Odessa asking for confirmation.

" Yes " Then a glowing circle began to glow under my feet

" I have fun talking with you Alfie " Odessa replied

" Thanks for the compliment, I also have fun too. " After that the glowing circle completely engulfed me.
