" Braelynn , Braelynn , stay awake! please , stay with me ! "
*sirens sound in backround *
"come on Brae I can hear the ambulance , please , stay with me ." I say frantically to a pale , weak , girl laying in my arms with bloodshot eyes .
the ambulance parks and three paramedics run over to us with a gerny.
"what happened ?" one EMT asks me as the other two pick Braelynn up off of me and put her on the gerny.
"overdose." I say in a small voice.
"what was it?"
"ice..." I didn't want to say it , I was so ashamed , but I knew I had to if I wanted brae to be okay .
"come with me ."
we get into the back of the ambulance and rush to the hospital .
I can't help but think this is all my fault . I'm the one that introduced her to drugs , although she had been asking me to for so long , I still should have
said no. we've been best friends since we were two and I've liked her as more than that since we were 10 . we have so many memories and so many good times , and there might not be any more because of me ..
