First day at my new school: ALISTER POV

Hello, I am alister. I am attending St. pattersons school for boys. I am a kitten, unfortunately. As a kitten I have a master, Im in this school to find out who they could be.
I walk up to the large wooden doors, they are a bit out of fashion but it's alright. I open the door walking into the empty halls, it's so silent. I'm shocked, my old school was... Interesting. I left my old school because I kept getting bullied, anyways, this school is just... weird.
I slowing head to the principals office taking in all the peace. As I turn the corner, I see a massive sign with the words 'PRINCIPAL' in massive letters. I was scared as I opened the massive doors. The principal was a terrifying old man. He looked around 100 years old, his shrivelled up face, he looked like a raisin. I walked over to his desk. "Take a seat" He said slowly. He could probably tell I was quite intimidated. I slowly sit down on the seat. "tell me a bit about yourself" he said looking very unimpressed.  "I'm 16, I went to St. Merries school for boys and girls. Thats really it." I said quietly. I'm quite shy so Im not very good at talking to adults. "Here is you locker number and your timetable. Now leave" He says with the grumpiest expression ever. "Thank you-" I say as i get out of the seat and walk out. I close the door gently as I leave so it doesn't make a sound. To my surprise there were lines of cute boys that had lined up in the hall to get things out of their locker! I walk to my locker. The boy next to me turns and says "Hello, welcome to St. Pattersons school for boys!" I turn to him and say "Hello. I am Alister- Thank you!" I turn back to look in my locker, I blush a bit. This boy is cute, LIKE SUPER CUTE! I really want to get his number but Im too scared. I'm about to ask for his name but he'd already walked away. I look down at my timetable, period one is maths, top floor! Seriously. I make my way to the stairs, they are steep, I started climbing up them but I can hardly catch my breath. Before i know it, I'm sprinting up these stairs. I finally get to the top. I'm exhausted! I walk to my class room, sweat dripping down from my forehead. Everyone is looking and me with a blank expression, I don't know how to react. I make things worse by saying "Hi-" it was so awkward! "Hello Sir Rogers" I say quietly, my face is turning bright red! "Hello— Umm— what's your name?" says Mr. Rogers. "My name is— uh— Alister". "Hello Alister, Come to the front of the class and introduce yourself." I walk to the front of the class, sweat still dripping from my forehead. "Hello I am—- Alister—- I am 16—" IM SO EMBARRASSED RIGHT NOW! That cute boy from the lockers is over there! I take a breathe in. "Your seat number is 32." "Thank you." I say.
