My Unknown Saviour

"Move aside!" Yunlan pushed everyone out of his way. "Xiao Wei! My love!" In a quick move, he reached for Shen Wei's hand to see if the bracelet would flash but missed seeing the fast fist coming at his face. ~BOOM!~ Shen Wei threw a hard punch which sent Yunlan flying towards the steamed buns, making it scattered all over the ground. "Xi..ao...Wei!" Yunlan saw a few stars before he lost consciousness with a black eye.

"GEGE!! Look what you have done!" As the beggars began fighting and stepping on each other for the scattered buns, creating messy chaos. "STOP! STOP!" The servants tried to collect the buns while Guo ran to look for help. Yezun madly walked towards his brother but accidentally slipped on a bun and was about to fall.

"My angel!" Da Qing grinned like a Cheshire cat, seeing a good opportunity to be a hero in front of Yezun. But before he could even save the damsel, Shen Wei had already pulled Yezun away. "Filthy cat! Don't you dare touch my brother!" And swung his leg at Da Qing, making him spun in the air a few rounds before landing hard on Chu, who was crawling and shoving buns inside his shirt and pants, "I think I heard my bone cracked!" said Chu and both fainted together on the spot.

Finally, many sheriffs arrived to stop the beggars in time and took them away. "What is going on?" shouts the man inside the sedan. Shen Wei gulped down his saliva, seeing his strict father, who is the Prime Minister. "Wei!! Have you caused trouble again?" His father yelled and quickly pulled Shen Wei by the ear, who wanted to escape. "Ouch...ouch! Dad! It hurt!" Shen Wei pouted like a kid about to cry while rubbing his ear.

"What should we do about these three beggars?" asked Guo, pointing at the fainted trio. "Don't worry, let me handle this!" Shen Wei put up his hand, volunteering to bring them home safely. "Are you sure, Gege?" Yezun arched his brow in suspicion of his brother, who had never acted kindly to anyone. "Yah! Don't worry!" Shen Wei gave a mischievous grin.

Shen Wei quickly piled the three on the wagon and wheeled them through the outskirts of town, looking left and right for a place. His eyes suddenly grew wide with sparkle, "I finally found a suitable spot for you!" He looked at the three beggars and smirked as he threw them one by one inside. "Done! Sleep well!" He waved his goodbye and happily skipped away.

Sunrise the next morning bringing so much warmth to the three sleepyheads, who refused to open their eyes.

"My angel!" Da Qing cuddled Yezun tightly. "You're so warm."

"My Xiao Wei!" Yunlan pulled Shen Wei down on top of him. "You're so soft!"

"Oh, my steamed bun!" Chu finally caught a bun with the face of Guo he'd been chasing around. "You're so plump!"

The three puckered up their lips and started smooching. The others responded, using their tongues to lick all over the three faces. "It's slimy!" they thought. Suddenly, they smelled something fouled than their ragged outfits and wondered. They slowly opened their eyes as it grew wider and wider upon seeing what greeted them. "Oink...Oink...Oink!" Pigs snorted while still licking their faces with a smile.

"AHHH!!! YUCK!!!" They screamed, shoved the pigs off and leaped out of the pigpen but were being chased by the pigs, who wanted their mates back. "Oink...Oink (come back)!"

They barely escaped and now headed back to town. "Why were we sleeping in there?" Yunlan exhaled deeply. "It's the work of that devil twin, Shen Wei!" Da Qing replied while panting for air. "Never try to cross him! Got it!" Chu warned Yunlan while eating a steamed bun. "Hey! Where did you get that from?" Da Qing searched inside Chu's shirt but found nothing. "You got any more?"

Chu nodded his head and dug inside his pants, searching front and back. "Here! You're lucky. That's the last two, saved!" He passed one to Da Qing and Yunlan. "Thanks! Buddy." Da Qing hungrily took a bite. While Yunlan sniffed the bun and debating whether he should starve to death or eat this. "Eat it!" Da Qing shoved the bun in Yunlan's mouth, who didn't have time to protest. "I need to find Xiao Wei!" said Yunlan inwardly while chewing.

"Achoo!" Shen Wei sneezed as he snuck out of the house to play in the busy street. Although the civilians are afraid of the devil Shen Wei, they still couldn't help to admire his beautiful face and offer him free stuff.

Unlike the tyrant Zhu Jiu, who bullied and extorted from the civilians as he liked, being the godson of the Military Commander. "Give me your money!" he grabbed the fruits seller by the collar when suddenly a hawthorn stick hits his head. "Who's did this?" Zhu Jiu rubbed his head, looking for the person responsible.

"Me!" Shen Wei came out from behind the crowds and smirked at Zhu Jiu. "Oh! Isn't it lovely to see my sweetheart today!" Zhu Jiu licked his lips, having desires over Shen Wei for so long. "Why don't we play something naughty together!" He pulled Shen Wei by the waist and suddenly, "Pah!" Zhu Jiu gasped in pain from getting kneed in the groin. "Is this to your liking?!" Shen Wei stuck out his tongue and was about to walk away when Zhu Jiu waved at his servants to attack.

"What is going on?" Yunlan and the two rushed towards the crowds to check. "Excuse us!" they pushed their way in front. "Xiao Wei!" Yunlan widened his eyes.

Shen Wei was winning, but Zhu Jiu suddenly threw white powder on Shen Wei's face, obstructing his vision. "Got you!" Zhu Jiu was about to knock Shen Wei down, but Yunlan swiftly grabbed Shen Wei and ran fast like the wind. ~SWOOSH!~ "Where did they go? Find them!" Zhu Jiu ordered.

Yunlan brought Shen Wei by the river to clean his eyes. "Xiao Wei! Are you okay?" Yunlan blew gently on his eyes. "Who are you?" Shen Wei questioned, feeling a familiar warmth from Yunlan's embrace. "Stay still!" Yunlan splashed some water in his eyes and lightly patted. "Don't open your eyes within the half-hour," Yunlan instructed. Suddenly footsteps came running in their direction.

"Gege! Where are you!" Yezun and Guo, with some sheriffs, came to search for Shen Wei. "I have to go!" But Shen Wei grabbed his arm from leaving yet. "Will we meet again, my saviour?" Yunlan smiled and leaned in to kiss Shen Wei. "I will come back for you!" He gave another kiss and went to hide behind a tree.

"Gege! Are you okay!" Yezun found Shen Wei, who seemed like his soul had left his body while caressing his own lips. Shen Wei thought he was saved by a handsome hero, not knowing it was a dirty beggar he punched yesterday.

Zhu Jiu went back home and reported everything to his godfather. "Don't worry, son! I will request the King to have him marry you!" His father patted his son's shoulders as both laughed evilly together.

The next day the king requested the Prime Minister to bring Shen Wei with him to the palace.

"Shen Wei, the Military Commander requested for your hand in marriage to his godson's Zhu Jiu. What do you say?" asked the King, who took a liking to Shen Wei as a son.

Shen Wei quickly kneeled. "I do not wish to marry the tyrant Zhu Jiu! I already have someone I love, your highness!"

His father gasped in surprise while the Military Commander clenched his teeth as the other court officials began murmuring. "Silent!" The King commanded.

"I have a solution, My king." One court official bowed as the King gestured him to rise. "Speak your idea!" said the King.

"Your highness, why not hold a tournament in town to choose the best spouse for him. This would also be fair to others from prestige households to compete as well!" The court official suggested.

"That's certainly a great idea! Then let's have it that way. Do you agree, Shen Wei!?" The King asked.

Shen Wei Kneeled again. "I agree, but may I be in charge of the rules and the challenges myself!?" Shen Wei requested, and the King approved. "Thank you! Your highness!" Shen Wei smirked mischievously to himself.
