The plan (a Shizaya story)

Chapter 4

--normal POV--
Izaya was working at the small table in Shizuos apartment. He was trolling teenagers. Shizuo walked up behind him and looked at the laptop screen.
"What are you doing?" He asked as Izaya typed a reply to the other person and logged out. He looked up at Shizuo.
"I'm saving teenagers from their stupid ideas of dying." He said and pulled Shizuos head down to kiss him. Shizuo leaned into the kiss but Izaya pulled away, smirking.
"Well I'm going out." Shizuo said, with a slight blush on his cheeks, walking away from Izaya.
--In Ikebukero--
Shizuo walked down the streets of Ikebukero, too many thoughts were going through his mind to concentrate on where he was going.
He found himself near Russian Sushi.
"Shizuo, come eat sushi, sushi good, sushi cheer you up." Simon said as Shizuo walked past.
"Not today, Simon." was all Shizuo said.
--Izayas POV--
--in Shizuos apartment--
I finished trolling teenagers and packed away my laptop. It was five PM by the time I had finished and I was starting to wonder where Shizu-Chan was when my mobile phone started ringing. It was Shinra.
"Hia Izaya! So I found something strange in that blood sample you gave me a week ago." the overly enthusiastic underground doctor said.
"Oh, OK Shinra, when do I have to come around?" I asked, slightly worried.
"In half an hour would be great, oh but Shizuo will be there so try not to kill each other." He said.
"Ok I'll be there soon." I said and hung up. I had to be there in half an hour so I got up from where I was sitting and made my was to Shinras apartment.
--Shinras apartment--
I knocked on the door to Shinras apartment and Celty opened it.
She held up her PDA
"Shizuo is in here so don't try to annoy him" it read.
"I don't deliberately annoy him, but I might try to stop." I said and walked past her and into the living room.
Shizu-Chan was sitting on the sofa with Shinra standing behind him. As soon as Shizu-Chan saw me he sighed in defeat. I wondered why and it annoyed me that I didn't know something, especially something that was obviously important right now.
Celty covered the door with shadows, no escape.
"Shinra what are you doing?" I asked.
"Well, Izaya, I would love to know what it is that your planning." he said, accurately serious for once.
"And which plan would that be? The one which involves nobody you care about? Or the one which involves nobody you care about?" I asked, getting annoyed at Shinra for prying. "Also that is not answering my original question, Shinra. What are you doing?"
"Izaya you made a mistake in coming here." Shizuo said to me.
"Well I'm sorry if I actually care about my health." I said getting more and more annoyed by the second.
"Wha...?" Shizuo asked.
I sighed. "Shinra said that there was something wrong with my blood so I came to check it out. Hey Shinra was that a lie?" I asked turning my attention back to the underground doctor.
"No, it wasn't a lie but I won't give you the cure until I know what is going on, oh and before you ask, it is a life threatening illness." I stared at the doctor in disbelief, was he seriously doing this, he might just end up killing me!! Then a wicked smile spread across my face.
"Shizu-chan knows what it is, why don't you just ask him instead?" I asked, it was true, once I knew for certain that he liked me I told him, and I told him not to tell anyone or I would go back to 'trying' to kill him, I never actually tried to kill him, I just liked messing with his head, I mean, who wouldn't? Shinra looked to Shizuo and asked "Do you know?" Shizuo looked at him and slowly nodded his head. Shinra looked shocked. "Why didn't you tell us then?!"
"Because I can't!" He shouted, getting angry but he didn't get up, instead I saw tears in his eyes. I laughed to myself, though something about him looking like that made me sad but before I could be confused by my own thoughts I collapsed to the ground and blacked out.
