"Bishop, Hughes alpha search and rescue" Captain Pruitt Herrera shouted out from his place in front of the restaurant that was currently shooting flames from the kitchen "Miller, Gibson Delta search and rescue get geared up and get in there right now" Pruitt shouted "Montgomery, Herrera get ready for the victims that will be coming out Warren is on his way with the PRT" Pruitt added watching his team jump into action for his last call with nineteen.

"Ready Hughes" Lieutenant Bishop asked "Ready future captain on Nineteen" Vic laughed before running in behind the blonde "Seattle fire department call out" Maya yelled through her mask looking for as many people she possible could "Help me" A males voice called out through the restaurant "Vic follow that voice I see someone over here stay on the radio" Bishop said splitting from her partner and walking towards the figure she was seeing sat under a table.

"Seattle fire department can you hear me" Maya yelled getting closer to the figure "Help me please" The voice croaked out and Maya knew that voice all to well coming into view of the young women "Maya" the women said "Carina" the blonde replied "Come on let me get you out of here" the blonde said "No do not touch me" the Italian said trying to stand up only to tumble over and be caught by the blonde.

"I said don't touch me" Carina said annoyed by the blonde arms around her "You would of fallen to the ground" Maya said "Just I can walk out okay" the brunette said taking a step to be met with nothing but pain "Ahhhh" Carina screamed "I am carrying you out" Maya said picking the brunette up bridal style despite the fight Carina was currently putting up "put this on and I'll get you out of here okay" Maya said placing her spare mask over the Italians head "Put me down" Carina screamed "Once we are out" the blonde replied calmly.

"Warren is going to check out your leg okay" Maya said once she had placed the brunette on the stretcher and taken the scba mask off her face and replaced it with an oxygen mask "You don't get to speak to me anymore go away" the brunette said "No thank you for saving your life" the blonde asked "No" Carina simply replied looking down at her hands in her lap waiting for the blonde to leave.

"Is that Carina" Vic asked as Maya approached her "Mhm" Maya simply replied "Doesn't she hate you" Hughes asked "Yep she didn't even want me to carry her out but I just picked her up and wasn't putting up with her shit" the blonde said annoyance lacing her voice. "You cheated on her Maya obviously she hates you" Andy said from behind the two women "It was years ago we were young and I was stupid but I thought she would have gotten over it by now" Maya said "It isn't something you get over" the Latina replied leaving her co workers and walking towards the Italian doctor.

"Carina" Andy said hugging the Italian "Andy how are you" Carina replied eyeing off Maya as she talked to the blondes bestfriend "I'm good you are not so good though so let's get you to a hospital" Andy said strapping the doctor to the gurney and loading her into the aid car "Who else is on aid car" Carina asked "Maya" Andy said clearing her throat and avoiding eye contact "Do you want me to ask someone else" the Latina questioned "No it's fine Pruitt wouldn't like that" the Italian said chuckling softly.

"Bishop you ready we have to take our patient to grey sloan" Andy yelled from the back of the aid car "Mhm coming" Maya replied "Where are you going" Carina asked when Andy stepped out of the aid car "Maya is becoming captain so she doesn't drive I do" Andy said "Of course" Carina said rolling her eyes just as the blonde stepped into the back of the air car and shut the doors. "What is your pain level" Maya asked sitting next to the brunette and pulling out some pain medication "I'm not in any pain" Carina lied "about an 8 then" the blonde asked earning a nod from the brunette.

"so captain huh" Carina said trying to make small talk with her ex "Yeah captain" Maya confirmed nodding her head an instant smile falling to her face "guess every time you left me to go and do something for work finally paid off then huh" the Italian said "Carina" the blonde replied pushing some pain medication through the iv "No it's okay that wasn't the problem in the end anyway was it" Carina asked "No it wasn't" Maya simply replied sitting back.
