Dedicated to infinite 150 for being my second follower.

It's kind of a long chapter everyone, so prepare yourselves.

*Rafe's POV*

I watched Lanie scurry out of the room. "Shit!" I didn't plan on almost kissing her, but she looked so perfect just standing there.

Right now I need to call Mrs. Pringle to come have this room cleaned, I wonder what she needed it for. I think I'll also have someone install some surveillance cameras that would link to my computer and mine alone, so that I could watch her.

*Lanie's POV*

I'm so happy I found a ballroom I could use. It was perfect, the walls were all mirrors and on one side there was a barre I could use for stretching and during my routines. I'm really grateful the prince showed me where it was.

The way I was feeling back there, I probably would have let him kiss me without a fight, but I'm happy I didn't. If he's still going to fuck Sarah and think he can have me on the side, he is sorely mistaken.

After dinner I change into running shorts and a T-shirt and head back to the ballroom. I probably won't be able to practice today, but if I do I'll do my best. Lizzy decided to come with to see if she could help me out. I opened the door and saw that there was no dust anywhere, the mirrors were all gleaming, a loveseat was in the corner next to a cute brown table.

The prince must have done this, I appreciate it, but I don't want the staff thinking I'm a spoiled brat, so I'll make sure to thank Mrs. Pringle and whoever helped to do this.

I set up my speaker and my iPod while Liz situates herself to watch me. She took contemporary dance for about 3 years she told me, I had taken it from when I was 12 to 15 then it was canceled, but I took one more year of it when I got to college before changing to self defense classes, but I had a natural talent for it so I picked it up quickly.

I finished my setup and stretching then asked Liz to play Say Something. I started by sitting on the floor and just let the music take me, it controlled my movements. I used the beat and the words to decide how my body would move, what it would say. I love dancing like this. The next song played, Style by Taylor Swift. I actually found this song a bit irritating, but it worked for my dancing.

The dance I took had more acrobatics in it than plain contemporary dance. I did a few back layouts, front layouts and a few other things like that. I enjoyed dancing, it took away all my pain and made me forget things. In my townhouse, I would push back my furniture, so that I could have the most space possible and I enjoyed it. I'm overjoyed that I'd be able to keep practicing here.

After 3 more songs, I wanted to take a break so Liz decided to show me her skills. She was great and I couldn't wait to dance with her as soon as I could catch my breath. I gulped some water down, as I watched Liz. Because she was so pale, her body seemed to flow better than mine, plus she was close to 5'5" with a much thinner frame than mine.

We danced for about an hour or so, Liz left to go sleep, but I danced for 30 more minutes. I loved dancing, it was my escape from everything for so many years and I'm glad I could continue in this new chapter of my life. I eventually  tired out and collapsed onto the couch, exhausted, and fell asleep.

*Rafe's POV*

I had shamelessly watched Lanie dancing, as I shamelessly watch Lanie do almost everything. She looked beautiful, and of course I enjoyed watching her body move like that. I saw her fall asleep, I left my room and picked her up, intending to take her to her room.
