"i love you." his lips move slowly, pulling me into a trance as i watch him speak.
"i love you more, darling." the word dripped off my tongue like sickly sweet honey. i notice a small quirk in his lips and smile cheekily at him. he notices my smile and returns the gesture, like i've never seen it returned before.
"seriously, you are my absolute everything. you're all i want and more, darling." there was that word again. our pet name.
so innocent yet, so lovely.
"and you are my home and galaxy." our hands meet and curl together like two perfect puzzle pieces fitting together. his thumb drags along my pale knuckles as he stares at me, with that amazing smile.
i wish i could have lasted forever. unfortunately, i woke up again and can't go back to sleep.
