Y/N had logged onto her and Ted's minecraft server with a small sigh, before heading into her base to gather supplies. Ted, despite being her roommate, literally called her on discord to propose his plan- or game, as he called it.

What she would do is use the clues provided by Ted in the world, and just like he had promised, there was a chest in the middle of her base that contained the first book.

Grabbing the book out of the chest she opened it, only to receive her first clue. "Head to 184, 63, 4. There should be a jungle around here. Once you find it, climb the vines of the tallest tree for your next clue."

Sighing, Y/N closed the book and put the chest in her inventory, just so she could double check with the coordinates if she forgot them.

"This better not be some big prank.." They said with a sigh, hoping that Ted wasn't just setting them up for some big joke. Though what was a bit confusing was that Ted wasn't even on the server with Y/N. He claimed he had some 'errands to run'. So this whole mystery was left to Y/N to figure out.

Then their journey began. The first location seemed to he quiet a while away, but it wasn't a trip that Y/N couldn't handle. Placing one of their boats into the water, they got in and started going, beginning their quest to figure out what the hell Ted was planning.

He had told her that it was a "surprise" that hopefully she would like, it was a bit suspicious to her but hey, she lived with Ted. Just ignoring it would just make him come into her room and bug her.

Crossing the big ocean honestly took a while, but soon Y/N made it to land, soon spotting the jungle biome, and the 'tallest tree' Ted had mentioned in his clue.

What also gave the tree away was the row of even vines lined up it's side, as well as the big opening in the leaves and the chest on the very top. Once Y/N reached the top, they found their next clue.

"You can probably see a snow biome ahead from the tree you're in. Head there and start looking around in the ice." Was  all the book said, no specific part of the ice, just the ice.

Sighing, Y/N continued their trip, traveling forward and into the ice biome. There was tons of snow and icebergs everywhere, it seemed almost difficult to find the next clue.

Running around for about five minutes and breaking different ice and snow blocks, Y/N finally discovered Ted's next clue. Opening the chest, she grabbed the next book, opening it and reading the clue.

"It seems you've made it this far already, so why not make this a bit more challenging? :) Head downstairs into the kitchen and open the fridge for your next clue. Yes, our real kitchen."

That clue honestly surprised Y/N a bit. He only mentioned this being a Minecraft scavenger hunt, how come he was making this so complex?

Well, Y/N had already gotten this far, so she wasn't just going to turn this down now. Slowly removing her headset, she stood up and stretched, before walking over and exiting her bedroom.

The kitchen was only downstairs so it didn't take long to reach, though the fridge bit was a bit weird. Why put it in the fridge when you could just set it on the counter or use a magnet to put it on the fridge? Ted was a bit of a weirdo, but hey, that's what she found amusing about him.
