THE bell rang, signalling the end of the school day and the beginning of your study session with albedo. you wave goodbye to hutao and yanfei and make your way to the library to where you would finally meet this person
finding a random desk you realised that he probably didn't know what you looked like and vice versa, so you wondered how you'd find eachother. a few minutes pass and you begin to get worried
what if he sat at a different table and hoped i find him first??
many possibilities ran through your head so you decided to get up and try to meet with him when your e/c eyes met with a pair of bright teal ones
??? "y/n l/n, i'm guessing?"
"oh um yeah that's me, you're albedo then?"
albedo "very much so, let's get started shall we?"
sitting back down, albedo made his way to the seat in front of you and began taking out math and chemistry books. you took this chance to look at his hands, they were filled with bandages which peaked your curiosity to as how he got them. but you decided to leave asking for now since it seemed too intruding as you both met mere seconds ago
you started with maths, going over quadratic equations and it's 4 forms, then transitioning to chemistry where you revised naming hydrocarbons and finally ending with english around 5pm. overall it was quite nice, he explained things way more easier than your teachers did and went through questions in high detail. knowing that it went smoothly, you became less worried about how future sessions would go
walking out of the library you both said bye to eachother and parted ways as you needed to pick something up from the teachers lounge. after picking up what you needed you made your home under the setting sun

giving a light chuckle you look up from your phone and notice a familiar figure up ahead
ajax? nah it's too short to be him. cant be kazuha he doesn't go this way. oh- it's albedo
as much as you wanted to approach him, something inside you just couldn't, so you ended up trailing behind instead
ten minutes later you're still behind him
it's ok it's just a coincidence he takes the same way home as me
5 minutes pass
haha he's just going to the shop near my apartment there's no way we live this close
another 10 minutes pass and you see him make his way into your apartment complex
... YOURE KIDDING ME RIGHT??
letting out an internal scream you made your way into the building to see albedo waiting for the lift. if someone didn't know that this was a great coincidence they would've thought that you were stalking him. but lucky you no one thought such things. aside from the person in front of you.
reaching the lift you end up standing next to albedo, but avoiding eye contact at all costs. the both of you wait for a few seconds in silence when he decides to break it.
"y/n... you're not following me right?"
"huh-"
